They are scared for good reason. I, for one, feel safer knowing that my money is on a cold wallet and I am fine if I have to wait a couple of days for a withdrawal. My only suggestion would be to get rid of the 18-hour notice on the website.

this could have caused the minor (and not so minor) delays players are experiencing when the hot wallet is drained by multiple winners
and then when they get to it and top it up yet another people win and have to wait as well
Yes, we have to realize there is a pandemic going on even right now and that does slow down a lot of business in the world and that does reflect to crypto as well. One of the local exchanges I have used for years are having the same issues as well but we are not really caring about it because let's face it, it is a bad situation the whole world is in right now. Fortunately we are getting back to "normal" which is not really normal but we can go outside with masks and all that thanks to hospitals not being fully filled so if even anyone gets sick the number would still be low and hospitals could still serve them.

Bitvest is a great place and has been around for years, yes they have a problem right now but after this normalization period gets settled in I am sure they are going to go back to being awesome again.

Yes, the owners are clearly honest people, but they should take more attention to this as it doesn't inspire confidence to players nor investors.

Hope the owners address and fix this because this is getting worrying for everyone. We have confidence in the site which is why we keep playing and investing here but the waiting times seem to be getting longer and longer. Could we not just have admin check the site every 24 hours? This really is important for us,,,
Right now we should focus on whats wrong with the website and why there is so many people that complain about the withdrawals and so forth and figure out the main root of the problem. If there is a hot wallet issue where it constantly gets emptied, there should be an alarm system that lets you know anytime it goes under 50%, if that doesn't work increase the hot wallet so that you would have a bigger one and easier to withdraw.

Withdrawal issue is pilling up and I wonder if lightlord see that while actually he's active yesterday as well today maybe there's some serious issue regarding on that matter so best for them to release some notice so that their players request a withdrawal will not be worried if their money will came to their pockets and also I like the suggestion about putting like that since if their wallet will be emptied they can notice it and fill immediately.

I would have understand if it was once or twice but they have been having this trouble for the past 2 weeks and you have to resolve this issue if you want to actually get taken seriously. A casino that fails to pay the customers the withdrawal request constantly will never be seen as the high level place amongts the top casinos of the world.

Right now we should focus on whats wrong with the website and why there is so many people that complain about the withdrawals and so forth and figure out the main root of the problem. Not to question your legitimate rights, far from it, but how can two messages less than 24 hours apart add 35 hours to the total? Asking because while 2 days are still in the high range of "quite normal" (contrary to the 18 specified on the website) and also consistent with my own experience, 70 hours seem unheard of, for what I can remember.

Not 24 but 35, 12:37:22 and 23:38:37 the day after.

In any case, the withdrawals have been finally processed. I didn't receive any reply from support but the transactions went through.

Probably there were to many withdrawal requests from player in the last few weeks as what experienced by febriyana more than a week ago. It is now weekend and probably both Zodiac and lightlord is on vacation but hopefully you'll withdrawal will be processed as soon as possible.

Maybe they just got workloads or as the other user above said it's weekend so maybe there support team is off and expect your issue will be solve on weekdays. I think the hot wallet issue started from the time somebody won a lot of btc and the bankroll dropped a lot. The moderators told me someone just took out 20 btc or something like that. I also had to wait a very long time for withdrawal, and the last 2 times I wanted to withdraw about 2/3 weeks ago and last week, also no longer instant, even though it was well below 1 BTC. Made me gamble and lost it because I waited (not blaming site, my fault for being impatient).

BV used to have instant even for 1 BTC people told me. Love you bitvest, and you are great but take care to check once a day because people do get upset to wait:)

Hot wallet fund deal has been a thing in couple of places recently, not just here. I wonder what could be the cause of couple places all at once doing the same thing? Like is it simply luck that it happened at the same time, or is there anything specific? I am blaming corona once again, after all that made people be a bit more at home and a bit less hard working, when you are dealing with a world closing type of virus at your home and trying to be careful, you are not going to actually care about the hot wallet situation.

However, usually hot wallets have an alert so they must have get an alert and finally filled it again. At the end of the day as long as the problem was solved, I do not believe it was a huge problem but these common hot wallet issues make me question why at the same time.
