Sorry to hear, but this thread is no longer monitored by any of the Bitvest admins, so you have to keep trying to contact customer service via submitting ticket, or maybe try your luck on the site's chat if you see any of the operators is active there.
How long ago have you submitted your ticket? From what people said here and from my own test, they seemed to be fairly quick in responding.

And as always, just double check if you've saved the back up code anywhere.

I don't think it is because you made a lot of tickets because it is normal to do act because you dont have any thing to do in desperation as the support aren't responding.

and also the sad part here is that Bitvest seemingly lost their interest in this forum(and maybe their own business here) so better to take it and find somewhere else to play.

and besides there are tons of casinos now that you can find a better option than this one.

making tickets too many times is not a problem and it's normal when customers want to solve problems quickly.
but the question is, how do you know if your IP and account are banned while you can't enter because you lost 2Fa?
currently the BitVest.io representative has been inactive for a long time and one of the best solutions is that you just keep making support tickets so you get a response from the support team as @pawel7777 said.
I think he tried to create a new account without using VPN, but he can't because he get a warning message. Yeah there's should be anything wrong to keep contacting the support, but if he's using a bad words, insulting or threatening the casino, I wouldn't surprised why he get blocked by the casino.

Some casinos have this rule, for not being bad with the customer service, otherwise the casino can do anything to him.

but the question is, how do you know if your IP and account are banned while you can't enter because you lost 2Fa?

I agree with what pawel said, just keep on contacting them and maybe the tickets have been full lately or isn't answered by the representatives as they're busy with something else.
The chat is active and that means that there can be some admins there that have been monitoring, I've read on the chat box that someone mentioned that veleten is there active monitoring about the spams so, I think that you get attention on the chat box and still give them time again about their support page but not in a spammy way.

What is the status of this withdrawal request? Have you been able to withdraw your account balance? If not then have you contacted the support team? If yes, then what they told, and what's going on now there? I do not think they should take this type of time for accepting withdrawal.

Lets just assume that it is already processed as if his claim is true and it is not yet processes, he should have came back in this thread. In general, withdrawal issue in Bitvest is a very well known issue especially when their hot wallet is empty and players need to wait till the wallet is refilled. Those who are still playing in Bitvest should aware about this and should be ready to experience similar issue as well as ready to wait patiently.
I'm not defending Bitvest yes in the past there were issues with their hot wallet but it seems the admin has fixed it and if there's a complaint coming from this thread it never persist and turn into a scam accusation, so far in the past several months there's no complaint in the scam accusation it seems the support system is working and addressing their players concern so it will not escalate to scam accusation.
So far Bitvest is still good even though Lighlord has not visited this forum for the past 6 months they are very confident of the status that they have established and gain support for the so many years that they have had their signature campaign.

I dont know why discussions such as this still persist because we are already used to such shill accounts coming up with baseless accusations from time to time, and since the admin here is generally unavailable spammers find the thread as the spill ground.

You don't know if it was baseless accusations or not. Those things happen occasionally, mostly to a depleted hot wallet. The guy just made a post thinking this thread is monitored by the admin etc. And apart from that one, we haven't really seen any other posts like that, so probably nothing to worry about.

While there is such a complaint there is a chance (in maximum time) the accusation is false. And for that reason the user just post an accusation and then went away it is nothing but a basic theory which I can see usually regarding scam accusation.

Could be, but that's unlikely. If his goal was to smear the reputation of Bitvest by making false accusations, he wouldn't stop at one post.
The simplest explanations are usually the correct ones - his withdrawal was delayed due to empty hot wallet, he contacted customer service and the problem got resolved.

I'm guessing 777coin didn't have an investment option, did it? There doesn't seem to be any outrage in the 777coin's official thread from people unable to withdraw, so looks like they allowed players to withdraw before taking the site down. It's fair to assume that anything lasting from 13 Aug is not just "technical issues" and it's probably gone for good.

though the remaining gambling site that he owned Bitvest is still having this issues.

I don't think that this particular platform is in existence again because since lightlord been the owner of this platform, had issues of perming participants who works it is when I noticed that did gambling websites is not proactive the way it is before, making bet with this company now is of the owners risk the way i see things
issues in participants? do you mean the campaign participants ? that had been long ago and everyone has been paid so better not to add this in the issue and also sure that they let people know about the closure(temporarily) so either they took their funds out or trust the site to return in the future.

and I believe that there are no open scam accusation against lightlord things that will not add bad issues towards him.

True, this one actually proves out that there are members of this forum doesnt really make out some research first before they do post up or trying to point out into something. As we can see on which there are
no signature campaign participants on here that claiming or making out complaints about their pay which we assume that they might already been settled by LL itself about those. People cant really just leave

The signature campaign payment issue was quite a while ago and I was asking whether there are any ongoing issues with BitVest (not 777coin).
There was one guy somewhere above reporting a withdrawal delay but was advised to contact customer service and he hasn't posted since, so hopefully it was all sorted. Other than that, I don't recall anyone reporting any actual issues. Yet, people keep coming in with a narrative suggesting BitVest is in some sort of big trouble without stating anything concrete.
LL choosing not to engage on bitcointalk is not really an operational issue and their customer service seems to be working fine. For a small site like this, a hot wallet getting drained from time to time is inevitable as well. As long as it doesn't take an excessive amount of time to refill, that's fairly normal.
