Since I can't get a clear answer in this thread and there are plenty of mixed messages on whether the site has any active Customer Support or not, I just decided to ask them directly by submitting the ticket on the site.
Let's see how long it'll take them to reply and if they'll reply at all. I'll keep you posted.
Ok I have tried the live support on many occasions and it works perfectly, I am sure you will receive a response as soon as possible unless what you asked is outside the support coverage.
But then, you will get a response in no time, getting light lord to clear things up on this thread in what seems to have been difficult.
Going forward, I think it has become Important to try to play only the amount you can afford for a long time at the casino, to avoid delay if there be any issues.
The fact that the live support still works is a good development, Now, I just thinking of some other possibilities, I am wondering if any user of this forum have a personal or direct phone contact of light lord, and whether such user have tried reaching out to him, did he respond or not? and if he did responded, what was he's response.
Knowing this would help us quit speculating and face the real fact, I am just thinking maybe things are not well with light lord health-wise, which is why hes away from this forum, finding a way to reach him I believe would be of great help to this community here information-wise.
