Some users here avoid local banks you can check the discussion about it in this thread. It's a bit strange that BK8 doesn't have a representative in the Philippines because as far as i know philippines one of asian gambling base.

I think in the future the casino will have a representative in the Philippines since they make up for a large percentage of gamblers in recent statistics.

BK8 will have to do a lot of improvements and possible adjustments in the rules as it is confusing and being mid interpreted by many users.

BK8 is a casino that has a lot of promotion that can be abused with multiple accounts, thus there must be rules that prevent abuses. It's kind of similar to FortuneJack but more lenient IMO. Also, this is a 2014 casino, so the rules have been in place for years, so they know what they are doing.

Yes, especially if you want to commit since BK8 has lots of promotion. If you just want to test or just for signature campaign requirement, KYC is unnecessary.

Look, KYC has many levels, and the registration page is like Level 0/1 when you voluntarily disclose the required data. There's no verification at this level, no documents needed. I played there sometimes, deposit and withdrawal without issues since I'm using crypto, even though I'm using a pseudonym and a burner. If I want to commit in the future, I'll just ask for the live support to change my data or close my dummy account and start fresh with real data*

From what I have observed, there is no casino that divides users into those who use fiat money and crypto. ToS simply affects all users of a given casino and is the same for everyone.

They may not require you at the start of depositing funds to their site, but later on, they may implement it on your account.
Their basis is always on their ToS. So if you are not comfortable sending your docs, better find another casino that can cater your gambling activities.

I dont have experience on using the site but i do have that question is that, when you do make out some fiat deposits, can you able to make some conversion or switch up to crypto if you do like to?

No they are not as far as my own experience, its been several months since I created my bk8 account and IIRC there were 2-3 WA messages only from them and no call at all.

This is much more anonymous than confirmation by mobile phone, where they will now send an SMS with a confirmation code. And the mobile number is almost always permanent, it has an owner, whose data the mobile operators definitely have. So it would be good and right if the casino for users with cryptocurrency would have the opportunity to report only email and not use phone confirmation.
