That will depend on what kind of player you are. If they see that you are a professional gambler and are only placing arbitrage bets, then you can be less confident of getting a cap on your account soon. Doesn't seem normal to me either. People who really gamble won't get a cap anytime soon unless you really win a lot. I think it's good not to apply the limits too quickly, that costs a lot of customers. Good that the representative here has the power to regulate things.
