They only have two options, provide compensation for existing pre-orders that makes up for this difference in value, or punitively blacklist existing customers for refund requests.

This is it exactly. Based on the way they are already treating customers, the evidence is very strongly in the anti-consumer camp. They've already talked about banning people who request refunds or complain about them. At this point people should be lucky if they ever receive a product that vaguely resembles what they initially purchased. I'll be shocked if anyone except insiders receive any sort of valuable compensation for this. T-shirts don't count.

But they have to compensate us, some have already paid for psu's that would be of no use and then they would have to refund from a pot they say is empty.

They will, eventually... maybe? Really can't be sure because they have lied so many times I don't believe anything they say anymore, lost whatever little trust I had in them to begin with. Even if they do so, say 6 months from now on - whatever the level of compensation offered, it is unlikely it will be of much value to us at that time.

Black Arrow's slogan: "We do not aim to make any profit"

How did I miss this? In the very first post no less.  Cry

Maybe (in light of recent delays) they should change it to "we do not aim to have our customers make any profit" Grin.

X-3 doesn't exist? Since the backplane issue has been fixed I would consider it to exist.

That's great.  Did you get a power reading from the wall?

They are selling PSUs for compensation units that are very unlikely to ever arrive. The X3s themselves do not currently exist. I believe the continued lies from BA and pushing back delivery of compensation units to an undisclosed date demonstrate this. You are welcome to disagree. I only posted information of how to contact Bitpay. I did not tell anyone to do so unless they believe they were scammed as well. If everyone agrees with you, then minersource has nothing to worry about.

A quick update for anyone having problems with a BTC refund from minersource or another merchant who uses Bitpay. Here is the response I received from Bitpay,
"I have noted a complaint from you against the merchant. If a sufficient amount of complains accumulate, then we will take action on the merchant's account."
You can call Bitpay at (855) 424-8729 to leave a message if you would like to file a complaint. Make sure to leave your email address and they will contact you by email.
why are you being a fucking child who won't stop throwing a tantrum? Seriously do you want Minersource to not be able to accept bitcoins because you're a child?

+1

Minersource has never scammed anyone.

Why don't you make a thread in the scammers section instead of polluting this thread?

Trusty ignore button for my trolling buddies Kingcolex and fivejonnyfive.

Attacking me personally does not change what I have to say. All I am asking for is minersource to return my BTC from their Blackarrow compensation PSU scam.
