Anybody get a shipping confirmation from MS? Anybody?

Bobsag, how many went out or are going out today? Any pictures of the delivery? Hope we're not waiting for the power cords before you ship them. Any idea of future shipments? So many questions...

I also placed my order before resellers were introduced and I have not had any shipping info from BA. Its a little unfair that resellers are getting getting their orders before other people that have ordered before them.

I don't think I'll order from BA again, It was the same experience I got from BFL but at least they sent orders in kind of payment order.

It likely has to do with shipping discounts by providing regions or orders together in one batch.  Shipping each item out individually to different regions is likely inefficient and costs more than putting everything going in one region together.  Maybe...

This is a Facebook post from today

"Minersource.net We did not ship any units yesturday, only a few local pickups. First units will be shipped to customers today, continuing for the next 2 weeks or till everyone has their unit.

Seems like the majority will not receive X-1's until at least 1 more difficulty change.

david105396: Where all the initial X1's sent to minersource so people who ordered directly via your own company still have to wait until all minersource orders are sent out?

No.

Then how come orders ordered via Minersource are being delivered before ones ordered directly from BA. As far as I can tell from from https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/black-arrow-status-of-pending-orders-prospero-x-1-x-3-and-minion-355339 minersource was a reseller around 2 months after BA was taking orders directly.

I was told (and others) BA would ship orders in the ordering on ordering/payment.

I know you cannot answer this bobsag but it would be nice for BA to give a clear answer on this.

It probably has something to do with MS offering to assemble some units by hand to get them quicker.

I am in a DZ group buy and one of the owners of minersource is involved. They, not sure if it was minersource or DZ group buy, had invested heavily with BA in the past, helping to fund some of inital projects. This is based on comments i have read on the DZ group buy thread.

Yes, this is most certainly occurring. There are older orders being ignored while bigger customers are taken care of first. No one should trust Black Arrow with future pre-orders.

So what is happening about the people who ordered straight from BA before minersource started being a reseller?

Do they miss out as they all went to minersource?

Order #207 --- Still waiting. BA are not answering my emails...

Damn, you must live next door,I thought the just got them a few hours ago! They didn't give you a power cord at all?

Our first units did not include any power cables, we will be ordering enough spare cables at least for all our US customers. Several people did local pickups today, hence them having them so fast.

So have you tested any units if you don't have power cables, I assume you tested a few, but not in bulk? How long will it be to get the cables and will our orders be put on hold until those come in?  can we request the units be sent without cables and we can source our own or pay for shipping for those separately?

You can buy the power cables at Frys or microcenter or steal them from a laptop, etc. They are standard Mickey Mouse cables. C13 would have been better though.

Yeah power cables are a dime a dozen, but it's really weird that they wouldnt include them.

Power cords will be included. These initial boxes didn't have room for the cords so they are shipped separately. The new boxes have room for the power cords.

The Future Of Work
Trust me I'm not Phinneus Gauge or PG or Phinnaeus Gage (had to look up the right spelling). I worked at Butterfly labs and was only helping out those guys when I found a link to this mining company and after reading a bit I saw parallells. This one seems to be a worser scam than bfl. Not sure but did find a Romanian connection... http://www.weblo.com/member/NeXuS999

It is interesting that nibbknot was interested enough to look up my old posts though :-) I'm not sure if I should be honored or scared for my life.

Probably scared for my life is the prudent course of action.

My mistake. You moved from California to Colorado I guess. I was just using eBay to make the connection. That is how I found you now here... http://www.meetup.com/bitcoin-denver/members/110640/ And don't get me started on that Centernix crowd funding thing that you just happened to find but really it's you here... https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/a-bitcoin-for-a-25-indiegogo-281216 Ain't it amazing how the biggest liars always seem to get their equipment first while others wait and wait and wait thanks to the company being kind enough to make sure it's working properly before shipping and if they do ship it's obsolete.

Dude - what are you even on about?
