Cant we all just get along?

Yes it sucks that there are lots of delays,
Why do we have multiple pages per day of people complaining.
Nothing much can happen in 1 day. Maybe every 2 weeks have a talk about it.

I feel sorry for BobSagg3 and others from Minersource and BlackArrow having to waist their time reading all these threads of unhappy people.

There is nothing we can do it is out of our hands, let's just wait for them to arrive or if you are really unhappy then try for a refund. But fighting in forums does nothing good.

They are doing the best they can! and sending them X-1's out now and they got the X-3's working.
As for compensation, yea it sucks, Yea everyone wants this and that.
But they are already giving us a pretty good compensation and remember this is a small company that is trying to sell their product they are not made of gold and can give us all 5 times what we purchased.

This sucks as much for them as for us.

Shit happens.

Let's relax and await for our product and talk positively.

I can not wait to receive my 3 X-1's they are replacing my old blades that I just stoped using due to their efficiency and heat during the summer. They were awesome for the Winter I have my server room under the stairs with a vent i put n on the landing and it heated my house during the winter lol. Heck I might use them again next winter for heat not much less efficient than a heater + mining.

Nice try with the newbie account BA!  You get no sympathy from us, especially after tying customers money as early as September in some cases.

Disgruntled, angry, and frustrated customers is what you get when you overpromise and underdeliver(don't deliver?) on time.

So what's the highest order # that has received tracking numbers for X-1's so far?

Even batch 2 should be getting compensated, when it first started the delivery for it would be april 30th.

Minimum after a 5 months delay for batch 1 customers.

The hosting customers should not have to pay for compensation electricty and setup extra  cause they did not cause the delay.

I made this deal only cause I thought I would sit atm at a white beach. And if I had not made it I really would.

Well, from their earlier statements,  they said that tey would match preorders with what you could buy when they ship them.

6k buys just under 4 TH at the moment,  so I would hope they would ship twice the orders,  without the power supplies for X3s.  Shipping twice the orders for X1s seems reasonable,  also. 

Since BA is shipping X1s now,  I would hope they come up with a revised compensation package today,  at least for the X1s.   

6K is buying 4TH at the moment but you DON'T HAVE to wait 6 months
direct buying offers are not generally not a lot attractive they are expensive
because you can have it now ...

if you want a bigger earning you go with pre order
so compensation should be more than 4 TH per X3
6TH minimum

Well,  I agree that it would make more sense to not buy preorders, generally.  But BA has said that is how they would do compensation.  I agree that it isn't fair,  and from what I have seen they knew that they were not going to meet a February deadline well before they told folks.

I sent them the ticket for refund, and they said me give them BTC Adress, but when i reply with my address, there is no response.
I try open more ticket, they read it, merged those messages to one, but they did'nt response.

LOL Minersource is claiming that I flame and threaten them on the forums. This is hilarious. Would anyone care to show me an example of a post I've made that was flaming/threatening towards minersource? Oh, maybe I shouldn't make this post since it can be considered threatening, right? Lmao.. What a joke.
If I'm gonna be accused of such actions then maybe I should live up to the accusations.. But that would be childish and I won't stoop to their level. This company seems to enjoy making enemies.

I don't recall you doing anything really crazy, but i haven't poured over every page.

I was quite unhappy with minersource at one point in time and voiced it, but they never said anything about it. I never said, btw my btc talk name is though, although if they were reading the forums and my emails i am pretty sure they could piece together who i was. Maybe not.

We are happy to let you know that we've just solved the SPI issues on the X3. In the picture below we run only at 1.1Ghz instead of 1.2Ghz because we've hardcoded the voltage at 0.81V and 2 ASICs needed a little bit more. Our plan is to tape out the new backplane in 1-2 days, start shipping of X3 on 23rd (after we get the PCBs back and we assemble them). We should be able to deliver all X3s by the end of the month.

X1s:
We have confirmed that the first of our shipment of complete X1s without LCD will leave the factory late tomorrow for shipment to us. We will inspect and short-test these, and re-ship same day. We expect to start fulfilling first X1 orders then this Thursday/Friday, with the vast majority of orders being shipped out next week. We currently project having 70-80% of all B1 and B2 orders with appropriate compensation units to be shipped out by the end of next week.

This means x3 is waaayyyy down the road.

let's talk about the TH compensation ? how much TH for a X3 ? and what is the surprise ?

Free PSUs is a tricky one when people have already paid for them a month ago. My guess is credits toward future equipment or maybe added TH if the stars align Tongue.

Almost all the people (individuals and business) with big money hold at least one company or trust in a tax heaven, including Hollywood stars, sportsmen etc... These companies are used for privacity and saving taxes for example buying and registering a new yacht, holding stocks, getting payments from financial assets, protect assets limiting the financial liability, etc...
