One mans slightly raised voice is another mans threatening actions.

I watched my mother in a heated conversation with a local government employee, my mother stood up grabbed the back of the chair to move it back under the table we were in a small room so to get out the chair had to be moved the other person say this as a move to attack her and hit the panic button.

so you see the moral of the story some people see actions that aren't there sorry to ramble on Smiley

Dear Customers,

We are happy to let you know that we've just solved the SPI issues.

In the picture below we run only at 1.1Ghz instead of 1.2Ghz because we've hardcoded the voltage at 0.81V and 2 ASICs needed a little bit more.

Our plan is to tape out the new backplane in 1-2 days, start shipping of X3 on 23rd (after we get the PCBs back and we assemble them). We should be able to deliver all X3s by the end of the month.

Glad to hear production can move forward. Has the switch to 1.1Ghz helped to increase power efficiency?

Is BA going to compensate us with more Th?
It's almost end of June and difficulty is really crazy now.
How the heck am I going to ROI on the X3s?

Thanks for the news, and well done in solving the issue with the backplane. Will batch 2 customers also get some compensation seen the delay?
That would be fair.

Seller need to specify what is the base currency and refund should stick by it. tl;dr for previous posts.

For example, if the seller advertises the product as $250usd and accepts $250 in bitcoin @ that moment's exchange rates, when refund, if the buyer paid in btc, the buyer should get back $250usd worth of btc @ the current exchange rates.

Unless you are bitmain who sold S1 only with btc.

sorry but is not correct, one seller accept for example 250 usd or the EQUIVALENT in btc at that moment. In the other hand following the legal argument of the "refunds only in USD or is fraud" if you pay in btc legally is the same you pay in fresh air, no legal tender, etc... only the goodwill between the parts.

at last some good news.
