I'd like to know how you can be order #3 for an X1 and yet it's been stated that a batch is being delivered to re-sellers! How is that shipping by paid date?
Because when I ordered there were no resellers...

Because when I ordered there were no resellers...
The resellers are probably just getting their PSU's to ship out. Probably only the one miner was sent. To put a lock on the compensation date.

Since the promised compensation is tied to the shipping date, it's my guess this one miner was shipped out to lock down the compensation metric against the going rate for shipping gigahash/price. As the longer the delay was carrying on, the worse it was getting.
So now that we know when shipping started, one could figure out what the ratio is of miners that are in stock and shipping and gauge what the compensation should be.
Why else ship one miner and say shipping has begun?

Thank you for solving that! I was like "wtf is all this shit about" when they posted those stupid pictures. I am pretty sure you have got this one spot on, the only logical conclusion as to why they would be doing this.
And don't forget to call the White House to send the Navy Seals Team Six the Marines and maybe one or two armed drones.

Do you really want to go to a court? I don't know in your contry but in mine start one case of this nature is at least pay in advance 8k-15k for expenses and waith at least 1 year. Wait, so they shipped ONE X1? I guess we can all go home now, great success! 
they just shipped one X1 maybe because I called police....
I have called local police this week..
I still received nothing..I request refunds but they refused...
I told them, but no one reply me now....strange..
I will also tell local media and consumers' association if necessary or take them to court..
for now police is been involved in this case..and I will be happy if anyone want refund also,and if necessary for police ,and if anyone wish, I will collect all documents the police need..when we be a group, we stronger!

Did they actually refunded you? I tried to seek for police, bank and lawyer's help too, and am trying to work out for a solution with my lawyer. BA just never would agree on the refund, just can't understand.
Did you call the Hong Kong Police, Shenzhen Police or US Police? Maybe we could exchange reference numbers and let the Police do their job more easily by joining the files.

Its been over a week, and David has no problem giving minute by minute updates on his X-1, and yet, no one seems to care about the very first one supposedly shipped.
Tracking shows delivery by end of day Monday.WAIT, is that for the large shipment or the single first one that was sent out? If it is the single unit (first X-1 shipped) slated for delivery on Monday and was supposedly shipped on the 26th, that is 2 weeks for delivery. Has it really taken 2 weeks? I find that very hard to believe.
