Quick update:
We have noticed that there is a concern about the LCD displays. Because the LCD display is not an essential component we will not let it delay the production of the miner. If the LCD displays are not in on time for shipment we will ship the miners without the LCD display. Once we have them in stock we will ship them to everybody that would like the LCD. The people who prefer to not receive the LCD display will receive a gift card that matches the price of the LCD.

I am trying to understand why BA are still doing procurement of non ASiC related components (cases, LCD etc) several months after the promised ship date of Feb 24 th. Can someone enlighten me, did I miss something important?

Quite possible it has something to do with the 24hr+ flight time.I can answer the question about BA transferred orders, no order details have been given from outside of minersource.net under the Miner Hosting LLC ownership.
I really wana say something here but it's one of those things people would argue over about how they're doing this and doing that with assembly which I understand, would be nice to have the update they missed BTW. However... my ticket was made two weeks ago and I was told by david at BA that it had been noticed, that being said, if BA screws this up for me that means I will be looking at more downtime during the extra transit from me to Minersource to gt my hosting set up as well as extra S&H charges.

My ass feels sorer by the day, this repeated ass fucking is too much. The only consolation I have is that MinerSource has been a pleasure to deal with considering the circumstances. They've really stepped up to the plate considering it's not their fault

I have send a REFUND request for my (Batch 1) Orders #2120 and #4421 right now via the BlackArrow Ticket System as well as per PM here on Bitcointalk.org referring to the Ticket IDs. I paid for the X-3 back in November 2013. I still got no shipping or anything else.
For me, the refund is the better way due to customs and other taxes and high power costs (Europe) in the future of this issue.
If there is no refund answer from BlackArrowSoftware (HK, first order) or Destino Limited (UK, X-3 PSU order) until this month I call a lawyer.

I asked for a refund but BlackArrow told me they "ship within the next few days". I want to get a refund instead of the product.

I finally requested a refund for 3 X-1's from minersource. I just can't wait any longer. I'll probably just get a few S1's from them. I'm still holding out for my X-3 though.

You know what I find funny, we get a shit for an update on LCD's... BA has guaranteed ROI in the past and yet here we are with nothing to show yet and units are still at least two to three weeks out.
I see you're right. The evidence was there to buy Antminers back in November. I guess we you just made a bad decision and chose the wrong company to go with. Oh well, I tried to argue in your favor. I'll take the search lessons and work on my future postings to be more accurate.

Not to pick on you, but Antminers have been selling since the very first Group buy by Sushi way back in late November. Retail and resellers everywhere in December.
