I have ordered in November 2013 on Batch 1. When is shipping? I still waiting a half year. Shipping should be at the end of February 2014.

But if he ordered on batch 2 it's 15th of May delivery not March so he needs to say what batch he is not be vague.
I think the original delivery was end of April for batch 2. I don't know where this 15th of May date comes from.

You would have to buy power supplies for all of those Antminers though. So it's not a real comparison unless you throw that into it. You're probably closer to 3th which granted you'd have now, but you'd also get 3th (Sort of because you have to pay for the PSU and shipping on that third th) if they shipped on time. And the BA have a better power to gh ratio so they'd earn you more over time than the antminers.
That said, since you have to apparently pay for the extras on the third TH and we're not sure they will ship on time, you may be better off with the antminers unless they adjust their compensation again.
He would've ROI'd with Antminers by now and then some if he had got a bunch of them in Jan/Feb even with power supplies.

Yeah, i asked for a refund from minersource, told him i ordered january first, which i did, and it is supposed to be part of the batch 1 orders. I was told it was going to be as there was a snafu with them posting on the sites three days later that orders after 12-31 were going to be batch 2. I just wouldn't have ordered them if it said that on the first, when i placed my orders. It did not, not until the third did that come up. So i was under the impression that i was shipping with batch one. This was discussed back when it happened.
Then why is my refund lumped into batch two. When i sent him two other emails regarding the issues, they went ignored. I was surpised at that because the email shooting down my refund came mighty fast. Also the email i sent about my order and accounts not showing up was dealt with in a timely manner, after the ones for my refund were ignored. Oddly enough though, my refund requests just never made it through

March is certainly more than the 30day rule.
Minersource have been open about batch 2 not refunding as it's not late and many batch 1's have had refunds. So they are doing there best they don't run BA.

Minersource shouldn't be offering products for sale over the Internet, which are not going to be delivered within 30days, else they have to refund under US consumer law. It's called the FTC 30 day rule and can be found here:
