You know what's funny Huh

A BlackArrow 100GH unit is $410 (or any other miner @ 100GH) makes ATM=0.00720616 per day

A Gridseed miner is $135 with shipping & runs @ 360mh/s=0.00468834 BTC per day,so times 3 is $405=0.01406502 BTC per day, mining altcoins  Shocked

Imagine that!! & you get em NOW!!  Cheesy

I got a bunch of these coming!!  Cool

It seems like BA loves keeping its paying customers in the dark and speculating about their progress

What exactly do you consider weekly updates with photos?

From what Matt told me on the phone he plans on being at the factory on the 1st regardless if they are shipping a product or not. He told me that he had his tickets already booked, Im hoping we get some real answers before then. At this point I dont see how BA could possibly make the shipping deadline. It seems like BA loves keeping its paying customers in the dark and speculating about their progress.

I just hope they actually ship anything at all, at this point Im giving it a 50/50 chance that they just completely blow it.

I can agree with everything you guys talking about minersource. My prospero x-3 order is also still not in my account. Neither I can get any info about refunds, support ignoring us.

You ordered from Minersource and not BA directly?  Because they aren't importing orders from BA's site.
I order from Minersource directly. Wouldn't be surprised if next they claim I never ordered from them to begin with and try to steal my money.

Looks like one of my two orders made it to the new site. But shows that my order of 4 X-1 boxes was fulfilled on April 15th. i wish I did have the boxes. My order for 2 X-1in the first batch don't show up on the new site.

Dear customers,

As many know our support ticket system is very busy. It has come to our attention that some customers have opened many tickets asking the same questions or regarding the same issue. We would greatly appreciate it if only one ticket is opened per question and that in that ticket it is clear what needs to be done. This would help us to improve both the quality of support as well as let us answer tickets faster. Thank you for your understanding.

Kind regards,

Black Arrow support

From BA Email:
We understand your situation and your concerns. The reason why you were not able to receive the notice is due to email failure. Rest assured that all customers who paid before January 2014 are included on the Batch 1 dispatch and is entitled to the Improved Delay Compensation as explained further below:

The delay compensation of 25% hashing power + 10% discount is to be enjoyed by the Batch 1 orders.

The 25% Free Hashing power for 6 months is to be enjoyed this way:

If you have processed orders before 1st of January 2014 in our system, you will be granted 25% bonus to your original order hashing power. If you had order for 2 TH/S, you will receive 500GH/S hashing speed bonus for 6 months, at May 2014. If you have total bonus over 1 TH/S you will be able to login to your miner and set it up to desired pool by yourself.

If your bonus consists of less than 1 TH/S hashing power, we will set up one of our miners to mine with the speed assigned for your bonus. You will be able to receive payout to the wallet specified by you.

We will provide information regarding bonus hashing power in advance.

The discounts are to be enjoyed this way:

The 10% discount is for all Black Arrow ASIC products that you will purchase from us. The discount will be valid for you to enjoy at any further purchases for the next 22 months (until the end of 2015). BUT take note, that the 10% discount will be available for all future products, that means products starting for Batch 3.

Currently we have 15% discount active for all products on our website; however, after shipments of Batch 1 and Batch 2, discounts will be removed and then, that is the time you will be able to use and enjoy your personal 10% discount. There is a system restriction that would not allow us to combine orders, since shipment queuing is based on the date of the order's full purchase payment.

Still expecting to see my orders from December (batch 1) on the created account by MinerSource ... We are at 8 days of shipping, and no trace of my orders... This is REALLY annoying and not funny anymore.

If you account hasn't been migrated yet, you can check the old site for reference:

https://oldstore.minersource.net/account

Shitty I know, but at least it's in some database.
Lol, my order was from the very first site. It was never imported to the second site and they're claiming that all orders have been imported into the third (current) site but I still don't see anything. Worst customer experience in the world..

Sorry to hear about your experience with them, Goozman.

Mine wasn't imported to the new(3rd site) for awhile, until maybe a couple weeks ago or so.  Hopefully you don't have any issues with your order when it finally comes time to ship (whenever that is).

As I posted a few pages back, I'm still waiting for my orders to show up as well.  I ordered one X-3 in early December.  How can it not be migrated to my new account yet?  Are they working backwards through past orders or something?

The real question it begs is this:  If things like sending refunds, migrating accounts, migrating orders, etc. take this long and have this many complications, how long is it going to take for minersource to acquire our hardware from BA when they're ready (whole 'nother issue), and then ship all that hardware to customers, some of which are only on a paper trail somewhere, while setting up their own hosted rigs, and taking care of non-BA orders/customers, and the still pending refunds/support, and (god forbid) RMA issues, and.... well you see where I'm going with this.  I'm thinking BA might not be the last link in a chain of delays.  Thoughts?

Received answer from Matt today. I asked why i still don't have my money, he responded me that something was wrong with many of their wire payments they had sent and the money were returned back to them. After I asked when they are going to fix it and send the money again to me - no answer.

This is slightly off topic but I wanted to order an X-1 from minersouce.net however.  Am I the only one that noticed they do not offer an SSL connection.  It is only http.  Is there another vendor that is security conscious for their consumers.
You don't need to create an account, our checkout page has a SSL certificate on it which is where all the customer information is captured.
Ok, awesome thanks for the info

If David (or anyone else is interested) I will bet .5 bitcoins that nothing will ship on the 1st of May, care to put your money where your mouth is?  Of course we will use escrow.

BA doesn't gamble with it's own money.

Here's the wager structure:

You send 0.5 BTC

The End

Yes they do, they took customer funds and left them in bitcoin instead of cashing them out to pay for expenses to try and play the market.

EDIT:  Although since they seem pretty confident in this deadline, I should probably get odds to something like .5 bitcoins from me and they put up an X-3 unit, that would be fair IMHO.

EDIT 2:  The very first X-3 unit off of the assembly line Wink

So that's December 2020 then for the first X3 lol

I think everyone needs to calm down, we have 8 WHOLE DAYS before shipping starts. Thats more than enough time for everything to fall into place, I mean sure they don't have a working prototype but who does a week before shipping. I think it's just best for all of us to not question Black Arrow and we should just sit back and watch the clock tick. Until they have failed us by not making a shipping date we should give them the benefit of the doubt, it's not like they wouldn't tell us if they weren't going to make it.

Have you by any chance been living under a rock or on Mars they already failed all of there customers once, so I don't think they really deserve the benefit of the doubt.

Pretty sure it's sarcasm bud

Got that was having a bit of fun been a slow dull day Smiley

Pretty sure kingcolex was being sarcastic.

As for the working prototype, I think they mentioned "hashboard" in the most recent update so I'm assuming that's the working prototype.

May is almost here, so we'll see what BA has in store for it's customers.
