There is no such pattern. Intellect depends on education, culture level. If a person from a good family from the very childhood is placed in an unfavorable environment, then he is grown up by a lazy uneducated being.
We are all equal its just that most of the people have what the others dont have that is why they call it lack,actually most blacks are creative as i can see in our environment.

This kind of post and idea does not really belong here as the world is battling the problem of racism and now migration of people from war-torn places. Granted that we sometimes find it hard to understand other people as we have different upbringing and cultural leanings but it does not give us the right to put all people into some sort of a label. We are all created equal no matter is the color but what we do with our lives can be the determining factor for development. Unfortunately, some nations can be lead by greedy politicians who are only thinking of themselves and their survival hence we have a big disparity problem.

This claim is a relatively recent development.
All that really happened is that white people went and invaded America and several other places, committing horrible atrocities to millions of innocent black people, stealing their trade and giving them practically no way to develop. Then when they shockingly didn't industrialise some white people continued to act as if they are stupid or incapable of doing anything.

I'm not a Black but basing from my opinion, Blacks are not the least intelligent race on Earth. There are many people of color who are very talented. Ofcourse, people start from a low level before gets promoted. There are great talents who are black. We have people in NBA, Hollywood and whatsoever. Being stupid is a disease. People said they have low IQ, but I think self motivation and hardword is the cure. Poverty doesn't stop a person from schooling, thus need to find time to sustain schooling.

You're absolutely right though, black people and white people are objectively of equal intelligence.If OP understood the evolution of species, he would understand that white people are a recent development with very little time to evolve, and therefore from any objective standpoint, will show no more intelligence than black people.

..It doesnt work that way, mate. Cold and humid weather will simply kill you or should I say: Cleanse you from gene pool. Only those that thought of keeping warm and storing food before said cold and humid weather came around, stayed to make kids. This would accumulate over the generations. Add in the fact, that Euroasia was for millenia really bad place for crops such as vegetables and fruit, thus orienting survivors towards protein rich, meat based diet (brain development is all about proteins).
Over the millenia this would make quite an impact on cognitive abilities of isolated populations.

Even in itself, the discussion in this thread suggests that we were led to racist propaganda. Intelligence does not depend on race, and access to early years education.
