There should be no gap between black or white. Difference is only of skin color remaining other things like brain,blood are same. White are raised in good,rich society and they have opportunities for good health,education neither to black. The thing is that we have to change our surrounding and environment. We have make world a better place. If a black people is upraised in good surrounding there will be no difference between them. They will have equal rights and power.
So,we can't say that blacks are the least intelligent race on the earth only the thing is we have to change and from now. If opportunity is there they have to seek it.

Wow. That's as racist as it can get dude. It's sad to think that these times, where we thought that equality is prevalent in society, a lot of people still think that people in certain race or culture or color are better than others. I don't share your views about this as for me intelligence doesn't depend on color or race. This is so wrong. All people are created equal. Whatever your age,gender,nationality or color is you have the right to be treated rightfully and you have to treat people just like what you want to be treated. Nobody has the right to discriminate anyone. Everyone should be treated equally and fairly. If you have some issues because of the color,race,gender or nationality you still don't have the right generalize your treatment to everyone. Being a racist is a BIG NO NO.

Does that mean that Asians and Whites are emotionless .Every one has their own individual character when it comes to emotions and how they conduct think and that does not mean that they are less intelligent and if you look at history there are many black scientist which made a difference and how come they are the least intelligent race on earth.
