Intelligent people would select leaders regardless of race and ethnicity, who aim for the betterment of the community. On the other hand, less intelligent people would always support leaders from their race, and they have a slave like attitude towards these leaders (for example, blacks in the United States voting for Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012).

I'm pretty sure the OP is a dumb racist.

There are plenty of black + ethnic people that are intelligent and become successful in their fields. 

A popular theory (which makes a lot of sense) is that many black people that live in slums/ghettos/poor areas don't have the resources/money or motivation to get higher education, but this is not because of their skin colour/nationality - this is because they grew up in a ghetto that automatically gave them less chance in life to pursue higher education. This is especially true if you grow up in a country with a totalitarian and corrupt government, like a lot of Middle Eastern and African countries have.

In the West (USA/UK etc.) this has nothing to do with their skin colour, but everything to do with segregation of non-native people in the last 20-70 years into seperate areas in cities with poor oppurtunities. Which was engineered by powerful white politicians and influencers.

While it is perfectly possible for different races to show advantages in different things (kenyans/ethiopians being incredible long distance runners/black people being incredible sprinters [but not so great swimmers]), I think the whole eugenics movement claiming black people are inferior intellectually to white people has some SERIOUS flaws, such as confounding factors to do with lifestyle/location/other people's attitude towards them.

is such a pity that black are been relegated to the least today cause in our present day there is never an establishment were you go today were you never find blacks God has so much blessed the blacks  but their leaders are even making things worst for them that while the white are fun of them they got every thing they need .

I am ready to believe one race can have less genetical capabilities in order to achieve higher IQ but this thread seems a bit 'attackish'

No one here claimed that the Arabs are more intelligent than the blacks. At least I believe that the Arabs constitute for one of the least intelligent races in the planet earth. Look at the number of wars and conflicts going on in the middle east.

I don't believe in someone just stating that, a lot of stuff have been passed down and who knows who said that and in what context. I'll believe what someone says just when I see the evidence of that, some kind of a research paper. Untill there is proof, it's not legit.

I dont think iq is based on human skin, so it had nothing to do with the skin colour, there are a lot of professor with dark skin, there are a lot of great invention makes by dark skin people, so intelligence is based on the human being not by skin colour

The basis for this thread is what I am yet to understand where all over the world people are trying hard to end racism then this is coming up. You say Blacks are the least intelligent but you forgot to say something about the ARABS who for decades will not allow their women drive cars or even vote, who wont even allow them go to school. Yet they are superior right? according to your analysis which is obviously faulty.

I doubt that belonging to a race of people depends on their mental abilities. Just have a way of life when people do not want to learn. Of course such people will be less achievements.

that race and intelligence differences exist and blacks are at the bottom of the pile has been proved conclusively but science community keeps it quiet due to political correctness because they don't want to ask the next question which is what do we do about it. common sense solution is to have blacks working in the menial tasks they are best suited to under white supervision for the benefit of everyone. liberal leftist solution is to give them more welfare and affirmative action which is proven over 50 years to yield no results.

The reason behind this difference is the fact that the African Americans are an ethnically mixed group, while the African blacks are mostly pure-blooded people.

Researches show that blacks in other countries have even lower IQ (85 in the US vs. 70 in Africa).

Black children adopted by white foster-parents have lower IQ, when compared to white children adopted by white foster-parents. Now do you admit that it is hereditary?

Why are you basing a whole race on the basis of pigments in the skin? The reason that they may be the least intelligent is because of them being labelled daily by the media. They will see that black people are stereotyped be aggressive, be in gangs and follow a self fulfilling prophecy
