Were can i see list of patricipants?

A letter has come to the mail about the update of the participants table, but there is no file under the link ... the list that above is attached is compiled as horrible and I do not have facebook for some reason so far? I would like to know when there will be order in the table? Thank you. Retweet I do regularly according to the rules on Twitter and Facebook.

Important part for participants of bounty hunt clarified once more.
0,6x 3.2 = 1,92 % of tokens additional to created minimal Proof of Concept CAP for 100% for 1 ring delivery – PoC –the identity ring is 5000 ETC (Min cap generates  around 2 k $ for bounties outside translations and additional bounties) and 20 000 ETC for digital portable identity whole 3 rings and additional dapps. (twit, facebook, btt) 0,1% is for cryptocointalk and bitcoingarden .
The preICO seed bonus apply to 2000 ETC and some seed declarations (+500 conversion rate)
Maximum conversion rate in preICO is 2300 tokens for 1 ETC
Minimal conversion during preICO is 1000 tokens for 1 ETC and this is basic conversion for preICO
preICO ends in July 28th / beginning (14th ) of August, at least few days before ICO starts.
In ICO starting end of July 28th / beginning (14th ) of August basic conversion rate is 800 and max with bonuses conversion is 600 + 800 = 1400
Estimated time of each ICO phase 8 weeks.
The conversion will change to 500 after reaching cap of equivalent 3000 000 $ in ETC.
The max cap for ICO formal stage will be equivalent of 10 000 000 $ in ETC.
There will be option to set the final ICO phase by extending ICO and for 8 weeks  to gather funds for market growth only then conversion drops to 250 and max cap is 20 000 000 $ total
Whole ICO campaign ends with September end - 10th November.
