This is so very timely now. Bounty is also starting to become famous because even investors are joining to earn free more coins. It would be in favor of the project than to participants. It does not matter to me as long as I get paid for what I have worked for. Maybe soon it will be regulated.
I also observed that we have so many bounty hunters. More bounty hunters have it advantages and disadvantages. The advantage is creating a wider coverage thereby making it possible for the campaign to succeed. The disadvantage is making the bounty campaign reward smaller.

Unfortunately, many bounty campaigns now accept low-ranking members. They are doing this practice just for advertising purposes, but there are a lot of unnecessary, empty, and unreasonable messages in the forum because of the uninformed individuals who have the ambition to earn money. Bounty campaigns require a certain member rank restriction or message restriction. In this way, bounty campaigns may be banned in the near future. It is not a good thing that the forum is turning away.
At present, a lot of people are participating in bounty campaign. Specially facebook and twitter bounty campaign. That's why rewards have been decreasing.

Bro it's not just about too many participants , now a days there are too many bounties as well . Literally I am wasting too much time searching through bounty forum to find a good one
If you limit bounties, then ICO owners won't get the necessary advertising to reach out . The idea is to reach as many people as possible. An alternative route would be for bounty managers to scale the rewards based on the amount of participation, so if there's a lot of participants in one ICO, then give bonus stakes, because I'm pretty sure it's not costing them a damn thing to distribute their own coins in exchange for advertising. The idea nowadays is to join as many good ones that you can.
The essence of a bounty with many participants is to help in advertising ICOs and ensuring that it gains wider popularity who cares about what the participants are going to earn, already the bounty funds had been allocated to each section of the campaign however the higher the rank the higher the token to be earned and members with high number of friends in twitter and Facebook accounts stand a better chance of earning more tokens.

My opinion is that you're just getting selfish with the rewards. Though people that are potential investors will still be invest because if you do believe in the block chain technology then investing would be the best way to earn profits. On the contrary, from project owner's point of view, the more participants in a bounty campaign will benefit for them.
More participant = more outreach = more potential investors
I don't think it's a problem as way too many campaigns popping up everyday, and still many people in the crypto world not fully aware about bounty campaigns. Probably it's better to look into translation and content campaigns as they require more work = less participant.

Yes, i also notice that bounty hunters were increased dramatically, unlike in the last few months,
I guess it depends always in the bounty manager if he/she has a stricter rules,
As the bounty is based on stakes, more participants means more stakes and the own stakes versus the total stakes will be decrease hereby getting lesser tokens,
Some of the bounty managers, only wants older accounts in avoiding spam accounts, also some managers limits the participant in able to receive a decent reward upon distribution.

I'm sure it's not a problem for the marketers of ico. Of course, many of the participants are very good at promoting their brand, product. That is very important in the success of the ico campaign.
