Of course it is important, maybe the coin does not have volume yet, therefore the coin makes bounty campaign again and hoping that more investors will know about the coin and invest in the coin, so the volume of coin can increase, then besides that when the bounty hunter gets a coin, most bounty hunter will immediately sell the coin and it can also help make the volume of coin increase.
usually they do a bounty campaign again because they are doing or exhibiting a new product, and they need bounty hunters to promote the product, usually if the product is successful it will have an impact on the price of the coin.
I don't think it's a problem, or maybe they are running their project again for a number of reasons such as the project has not been completed, or things that have not been achieved. but if one of their tokens that has been registered on the exchange is much better.
It all depends at what stage is the project, if they are still in the development stage then they go through bounty route anytime they want to.

There's logic in it of course. There are a lot of listed coins that are having a hard time moving up mainly because they don't have much attention. Having other people promote your project for you reaches out to a wider audience. People will be more interested if your promotion comes from someone they know instead of a random ad popping up.
a little more useful, at least they are doing more promotions on various social media. but with a note, the products they develop are useful, or real products. so between the second, third or so promotion, it is balanced with the product they are developing.
Definitely, yes. Project popularity is the main reason of its token growth or falling down. And bounty campaign is created for increasing this popularity. So, if devs are ready to spend some of their coins to promote their project, that sounds good for me.
Spending because they will get a return that is nice, if devs are not ready to take a risk of spending, I don't think they'll have a future here in crypto.
Even a more established company are still spending a lot in advertising because they want to attract new investors and retain the old one by giving them the confidence that the project are here to stay and to grow in the long run. This type of advertising makes them successful during the ICO and no reason they would not get good results now that they've shown results.

I think those coins want to continue to be known to them more, and of course bounty is the only effective way today to make many people aware of their projects.

Don't you think that will be a waste of money. They could have used the money for further development or partnership agreement. For me, I think reason why any project already listed will still be doing bounty campaign is that they probably want to develop their project further and this is not new because we have seen in the past where many project run bounty campaign more than ones. In my personal opinion, it is only natural that the coins / tokens that have already been listed in exchanges will return to the bounty campaign. There may be something that has not been resolved or maybe they are using bounty campaigns as marketing to introduce the projects and products they bring in so that they can attract more investors into them.It is very important for a project to keep promoting their coin after the token sale end, because otherwise people won't buy their coin and this will be followed by a massive token dump. Marketing is very important, especially when you have more than 2k coins to chose from.
This error is mostly done by new projects. they don't use advertising anymore and mostly focus on collaboration with other projects. this method is important, but advertising is also very important to continue to grow the market of the project. because after getting the development fund they do is how to market their real products. I guess people tend to forgot old coins and always move on to invest to the new so I think those listed projects are doing their best way to show them they are still alive. And doing a bounty is one of what they think. It's just normal in this market that new coins or upcoming IEO/projects covered the existence of the old altcoins because now that they just focus on developing for a long time. I think doing a bounty is a good way but not the best way, because the best way is partnership and getting adapted.
Actually i do not really know what their real purpose why still held bounty campaign after their coins listed on the exchange but maybe they want their coins more popular or want to increase their coins volume support because payment of bounty campaign usually use their native coins with automatically the participants will trade the coins although more likely they will sell the coins instead of buy support
I believe that yes, periodic bounty campaigns are appropriate. This allows you to fuel interest in the project. Advertising is never enough 
Many of these projects do not need our support to collect money. Because ICO funds are for development and team could really enjoy this money. But after that they do not care about the price on exchange - because these money are not exactly their.
In my opinion, it is very important if the coins or tokens that have been registered in the market run a bounty campaign again. because in that way it indicates that the tokens are many enthusiasts and they can get multiple benefits.
