I equally had similar reservation on why an already traded coin should be conducting bounty and the one that I am worried about most is that such projects after the bounty do not increase in price which is the main target, a good example is veil, it actually dumped during the bounty and has not recovered and begin to wonder what could be the essence of Bounty if it could dump

Provided the project still exist bounty campaign should be conducted from time to time to let people know and keep up with the project development. It's a good idea to have bounties after being listed.

True, because the competition is getting bigger and bigger everyday, so if a project are not too aggressive with their marketing, they might not gain investors which is very important to make the project successful, I would call any team as incompetent if they don't see that the competition is getting bigger and if they just allow their coins to continue to sink in value.

I think it is needed by developers to inform many people that the project is still running and in demand, I think many people don't know about their coins and the bounty campaign is the right promotion for that.
Yes, developers need to inform the mass people about their project's continuation and few developments. Bounty is a way to spread a project to mass people by giving few payments to the hunters. This is one kind of marketing policy of the developers of the projects.

I notice that some coins that are already in the market are doing bounty campaign again like Credits, Veil Eterbase and among others, do you think it's important for a coins/tokens that are already listed to run a bounty campaign from time to time even if they are already listed in exchanges.

This happens often, but it is one ways to intensify publicity about the coin and it's project.
Even after which a coin has been listed, it needs to be publicized continuously, else you might discover that the volume is seriously reducing.
Take a look at Energi, despite its price increase, there is still another phase of airdrop.

Its for promotion to make the coin known to people here in the community. There are several coins that did it in the past while the price of thier coin is going up as well. CLOAK and Lisk did it before. Eterbase is currently doing it and is coin is already listed on different exchanges, sooner they'd be in binance DEX too, they're also migrating to binance chain.

Be listed on coinmarketcap never guarantee full-time success in the process but developing and redeveloping the project will bring a better result. This is the more reasons why most of this bounties are still coming back  for another round of bounty campaign to create awareness to the public.
Exposing the project to the community will attract more investors to the project who are not aware of the project before now. The truth of the whole thing is that; this is my first time of hearing about these projects, and will study them carefully and invest.

Bounty campaigns are not only meant to get listed on exchanges I think. They have many purposes like a project has a social security responsibility of sharing a portion of share to the community. It also means to advertise a product so as to attract as many as investors and traders. Therefore, already listed projects hold bounty campaigns again to attract much traders.

There's no such thing about prohibition on when a team or coin owner would decide to have a bounty program. Its actually an advantage for bounty hunters part yet they
do know that the coins they are about to received are already on the market or simply its being traded which means theres quite assurance rather than bounties on ICO's.
Marketing is always a big part of coins exposure,so it isnt bad for them to take a shot on doing it.

Its actually a good advantage to the bounty hunters because they have the assurance now that the coin will gain value after the bounty period. If a project who's already listed on the exchanges do some bounties they need more investors to come to support their project and I see that as a good sign of being a serious coin in the market. If you see some of that bounty again, care to share that one.

Yes, it depend on their situations actually. sometimes they need some awareness during product launch or when they announce something important and the project want all people to know it. so yeah, that's normal

They can do that, but that will depend on their goals in the short or long term because I am sure that every project doesn't have the same goals. If they think that to continue the bounty campaign will give them more popularity, then they will do that. Maybe they think to keep the bounty campaign will provide more profit to them, and they can reach more audience and more customer too. Besides that, if the bounty hunters can take more token from the campaign, that means, they can make more profit from the project.

I think it will be very good to run bounties from time to time. I remember IOST last year, they run like 8 weeks campaign to revived their coins. And sure enough IOST enjoyed successes during that time because the price suddenly pumps making everyone happy.

Credits is interesting though, I don't know when was their last campaign, 2017? If so I guess it's about time to have another bounty and test the waters and see how investors are going to react.

It is since it's part of marketing and they like to take advantage the current market situation.
They were down because of the last bear run and since slowly people are coming back to the space, they want to gain some attention from them.

By the way, I just recently noticed a credit signature, if you can kind enough to point out where that bounty is listed, I would sincerely appreciate it.

Every project have their own plan/roadmap and they’re also open for updates for the betterment. Promotion is an essential part of it but paid automated ads and promo doesn’t work all the time so jumping into a bitcoin community is such a good choice. It’s also better to pay in crypto rather than fiat, not only because it’s from the project itself but it also helps in getting new users and engagements.

I think that's not a problem because it's done to continue developing the project. We must be lucky to follow the project because the coin is already listed in the exchange. And the project will be safer and you will definitely get paid.

Bounty campaigns are not exclusive to during token sales or before being listed. If these projects feels there is still a need to promote their product thru a bounty campaign, then why not? It's not really up to us to determine if it's important or not.

A listed project does not mean that they do not need to advertise, Bounty campaigns are still a very effective way of promoting, so those projects that carry out bounty campaigns are understandable.

As far as I remember even some big exchange like huobi was doing bounty campaign and this forum is the largest crypto forum in the world.
It's really important to gain awareness and attract the demand from doing marketing campaign. The plenty of live projects have done it.

yes indeed holding a bounty campaign can also affect the volume exchange and add to the user project and that is also a marketing technique in the project, and it is very interesting because the bounty hunter already knows that the project has already entered the exchange and surely it will follow it because it is already on the exchange.
