i think that will be a great idea to pay bounty huinters with USDT and this will also help their coins not to dump on listing date

it's very good, but rarely do bounty programs pay with USDT. they don't want to buy USDT with their money so they pay with their coins.
I don't agree if the bounty is paid using USDT because I prefer holding tokens
Impact for investors may be that price of tokens on market will not experience a large price decline and that the adverse effects of project development may be that they will be underfunded due to some of the funds they have received when sale has been given to bounty hunters

I agree to you and I wish ico project change their payment method instead of their token why not using USDT if this happen I think most bounty hunter will be interested again in joining bounty campaign.
But I think it hard tobe true because most ico project prefer to pay their token instead of USTD.

Mostly they are paid by the tokens of the project we are advertising, in rare cases of ethereum or bitcoin. USDt, though tied to the dollar, it does not have the possibility of a large growth rate, like altcoins, tokens or btc. And this is a big minus for investors and bounty.
Bounty hunters paid USDT which is good also to insure that they get payment automatically but i really like token as payment because it is very exciting when the token was being listed in different exchanges and how the price of token goes up.
New projects cannot pay bounty hunters in USDT, because they cannot guarantee how much will worth the project once it hits an exchange.
If you invested in a good project, the price of their token will reflect that on exchange and vice versa.

Why do they have to pay USDT for bounty hunters when they finish their work? Yes, i agree with you but most of the developer doesnt want to make payments in usdt for the bounty.

I am not sure that anyone will pay their bounty hunters with any coin that is of value and expect them to pay only with their tokens, they need to distribute their tokens in the initial process so that they will have some activity in their blockchain and hence never expect them to pay in anything that is valuable.the good or bad impact on investors and the development of the ICO project, give your reasons
The idea of collecting funds is to distribute their tokens as shares for their projects and not to give out free money.
They will never do or this will, I think, will never happen. ICOs are too smart to give only tokens which they can create as tokens are nothing when they compared to USDT. Their losses too enough if they credit bounties in USDT or any legit or fiat currencies.

I would love to receive bounty rewards in USDT, but I don't believe most projects will do that.
Of course, there would have been fewer problems for bounty hunters if we were paid for participating in ICO signature campaigns in USDT, Bitcoin or ethereum. However, such payment is unprofitable for the ICO teams, which, during the ICO, seek to sell their new tokens and raise funds in Bitcoin or ethereum. Yes, and payment in USDT for them will create many additional problems. They may still agree to pay in the coins they collect, but not in USDT.
Well i prefer to be paid by token instead of usd. Reminds me that the projects need to gain money from ICO for the better future development. We, the bounty hunters help them to raised millions of dollar. We cant be paid in usd, maybe if the project has already funded by investors.

100% agreed, so bounty hunters don't need to be afraid if the tokens price go down or not, but it's hard to do imo. I'm sure the owner of the project won't spend more money for bounties. It is extremely rare for any bounty to pay in USDT or any other stablecoin. Because ICOs are collecting money in ETH, BTC or other coins to sell their tokens, they will pay bounties is their tokens only. Some rare bounties pay in BTC or ETH also but in small amounts only.

Of course I agree with this statement if every bounty hunter to claim USDT then this is good news for them. every bounty hunter performs his work quite hardly But in 2016-2019, they found that they are not getting any kind of money. So if ETH, BTC, USD gets any bounty hunter then it's a good thing for them.
