This is a true claim. I was aware of a bounty that paid hunters with USDT around late last year. Although such is not common to come by. The hunters who participated in the bounty were just lucky.
I would be glad if they even paid at all, since lately payments were not encouraging (it would be great in USDT, as well as in ETH and in Bitcoin

I would love to receive bounty rewards in USDT, but I don't believe most projects will do that.

I definitely think hunters will not have problem with this, since been paid in USD will really save them a lot but I don't think it will be good for the project. The thing is you've supported a project and you should tied to the coin of the project for the good and for the bad.
As long as the price is right they will do the job.
This will guarantee then a stable income and they won't worry it will dump as it's a stable coin, it's like a real money.
I've seen some who are paying in ETH but never seen a project that's paying USDT, hopefully there will be one soon.

getting paid with USDT will give assurance to bounty hunters that their hard work will not be in vain but the rewards is not big enough compare to new coins though accepting new coins as payment is risky.
Bounty hunters are eagerly waiting for instantly dump the token after getting listed in the exchange. Problem is intention of bounty hunters not bounty managers.
I do not think this applies to all bounty hunters. I think there are more early "investors" waiting for instantly dump the token.
That just good for bounty hunter i think, cause they get the real value. When bounty paid with token or alt that mean bounty hunter as support the project. The bad is when reward send to bounty hunter, they allways doing dumping price. Btw you still can find bounty paid btc in service.
It would be preferable for hunters but I think devs not willingly pay hunters in other coins. They prefer their own coin. There are some rare projects that already paying in ETH or BTC. These projects are oversubscribed
Yes, that's a good idea, but most projects prefer to use their Tokens as payments for Bounty participants, because by using their Tokens, they automatically don't spend money, but most Bounty Tokens are of no value at all.
There are so many projects that pays bounty hunters with different altcoins. Considering this, I think the project can only pay the bounty hunters when they already have a working project or they want people to see how serious the project is. In that case its not a challenge to them.
I like the idea but I guess if a project wants this idea it already happened before but there are some paying in eth or btc but its very rare. But those projects gives me a good impression that they are really serious. It will create some a good impact to possible investors for sure this is a wise idea for a project but somehow what if they fail to sell some tokens not reaching softcap and they already promise usdt I think that is what they are thinking to be safe, most of them paid tokens.

This is the bad impact for project, First because they must buy USDT first to pay bounty hunter, And i think many of project start from zero, That's why they do ICO for collect funds not reduce fundsthe good or bad impact on investors and the development of the ICO project, give your reasons
Second, project want many people hold their token, their coin, if many people hold it price can increase, but if pay as USDT, that's means only few holder.
Third, The team want to make the project succes, with spread token throughout the world, not spreadUSDT
I dont think it will work with any of the projects. If they promise, they will be scam for sure.

This is a very nice idea. But no project will hear this idea or execute it. Remember GoNetwork like scam projects promised BTC payment even for bounty hunters. Net result you know what happened..
This would solve all the dump problems that are happening with the first exchange listing, but I believe that the team members are too greedy to share their collected funds with bounty hunters. It is much easier to distribute their own tokens that are not so valuable at the moment.
Big projects never be jealous about token distribution included the bounty earnings. Bounty hunters are eagerly waiting for instantly dump the token after getting listed in the exchange. And they will not appear because there are a lot of bounty hunters who are willing to work for tokens that are worth nothing for project developers.

well maybe this is a pretty good solution because USDT is more stable so people won't be afraid to hold their coins.that's why we have to be more careful in choosing projects because most managers or teams are not transparent in terms of income.
and worse is that sometimes managers really don't pay hadih hunters who have worked.

I would be happy to take part in projects offering payment in the USDT, but now there are no projects offering such a payment method. And they will not appear because there are a lot of bounty hunters who are willing to work for tokens that are worth nothing for project developers.
