I don't understand why you are saying mate, OP mean that we as bounty hunters should be paid in ETH rather than tokens from their ICO. If you think that we are not awarded bounty tokens after ICO then this is a good move since we will be paid no matter what will happen to their project after the crowdsale ends.

Someone may be interested in tokens, and someone needs ETH. However, in fact, paying in ETH would cause considerable interest of bounty hunters to ICO projects. In this case, the ICO team will have to set the limit of the number of participants in the generosity campaign, since a hard limit will already be established in the ETH and an increase in the number of participants in the generosity campaign will sometimes result in overspending of the allocated funds. For the ICO team, this is an extra job and they are unlikely to want to do it.
Bounty hunters should be paid in ETH ? I think it is better to paid in both ethereum and tokens, so that bounty hunters cab acquire more rewards than what they are expecting to earn. I am positive that investors would prefer that the team pay out bounties with Ethereum instead of the actual tokens they have invested in. Bounty hunters often dump their bounties immediately when it is listed on an exchange. This effects the price negatively if the trading volume isn't high.

this is a brilliant idea, if the bounty is paid with eth. Are the developers brave enough to do this, maybe they will re-think if ico does not meet the target. bounty managers provide strict rules for followers and hunters have the confidence to follow because they are spared from scam projects.
I carried out one bounty last year, I do not remember it name, they paid ETH instead of their coins. It was a quite good sum, approximately 0.2 ETH, but they was a scam. It is very fairly to pay for bounty in ETH.

A nice idea is just one problem. The founders of ICO depend on the sale of their product and the token they created. Thanks to us, the tockey is in turn if it is worth anything. I support ethereum payment for bounty hunters, all rewards with token from ico dump nearly to zero, but ethereum price is stable it won't dump like those new tokens.

I think it is not important to pay for ETH or token projects. Most importantly, the projects will keep the promise and pay for us. It is reasonable to pay the campaign premiums for you. It will attach your interests to that project, you will have shares of the project and use that money to invest.

I think this is not a bad idea if payments are using ETH, most ICO payment projects use tokens, but this is a preliminary agreement between ICO developers and campaign managers, so we can only follow the rules that were created when first apply for the campaign. 1-2% of the money raised is not so much and bounty participants deserve that.
