it seems that it depends on how the manager and team bounty of ICO founder, if they give token then the pay will also be tokens whereas if ico team willing to pay using bitcoin or ethereum it could be you will be paid using it.

the bounty project was launched as part of the product advertisement that the company launched but besides bounty also as a tool to introduce the coins they launched so if the bounty participants are paid with eth then the token coins that are launched are not distributed

Yeah, you know always have pros and cons about that. I think they need to circulated their token to raise it in the market. But for some reason i agree about your opinions.

Once you start bounty for a campaign you are already like part of the team. Paying you in ETH is like working in Singapore and be paid in USD, meaning you are not affected by the conditions that affect the local currency. So thats a big request to be paid in ETH .

The counter-argument is that the bounty participants are working for the success of the ICO, and their payouts must be proportional to the returns from the ICO. That means that if the ICO fails, then the participants will be left with zero reward.
Yes, but no one says that payments to ETH must occur before the expiry of the ICO. Everything remains as before. If the ICO campaign has not been successful, ETH hunters are not paid.
In general, it would be nice if the hunters behind the heads would be presented with a choice of payment - whether he wants to be paid at the end of the ICO in the released tokens or ETH.

I wish that all bounty campaigns paid in ETH, It's rarely to join bounties that's pays in ETH now. Well there is nothing we can do, but we can convert the token in ETH if they listed in exchanges.

The fact that the rules of the company establishes the company and decides what she with you to pay, you also have a choice in what company to participate (there is a choice). To breed demagoguery I consider inappropriate.  This will lead to nothing, everything will remain as it is.

I agree with you as most of the tokens are almost worthless after there are listed in the market because the developer do raise funds during icos and refused to develop the projects.  I don't think the hunters should be waiting for after ico  and even listing of coins or tokens in exchange before selling the tokens but they should be pay ethereum on weekly bases.

this will hardly happen because dev team prefers to keep ETH and give away their tokens (more or less free).
If they would pay in ETH they would avoid the after-ICO dump from bounty hunters but they seem not to care much about this aspect

In my opinion, bounty hunters will never be paid in ETH. Because they have calculated and made an allocation for bounty. I think 1-2% will not have a big effect on the market, and not all bounty hunters are immediately selling the tokens they get. Some are holding back to get the best price.

es i think its better idea than token distribution, bounty hunter sometimes get token that undervalue or below ico price, so they are will be force to sell and its make the situation really bad for investors. but the disadvantage is, when there is a project with a good token prospect, the bounty hunter will still get the same eth number. they may still be able to purchase tokens personally, but the price would have been higher.

It's a good idea and would be cool to receive ETH as rewards, but the ICOs have  projects and they use tokens to circulate their supply in the market.

Many of ICOs allocate some of the tokens to participants in bounty campaigns. Don't you think it is better to give bounty participnats reward in ETH?
1-2% of the money raised is not so much and bounty participants deserve that. Also, it can cause more investors to attract. Because they are no longer worry about the price fall after bounties are paid.

Nobody wants to give money, because formally tokens do not cost anything for the ICO. Once Crowd Machine refused to pay tokens and pay the equivalent in ETH. This is an example of the responsible approach to investors.

Although everyone wants to do this, the fact is that most projects are only at the beginning stage. They are developing their own projects, promoting it to let more people know, and then letting the project get more value. This initial stage is very difficult. And painful, but the project has to obtain funds through ether, so it is difficult to use him as a reward.

Since the opinion of the forum participants on this issue is divided, I think it would be nice to apply a compromise solution. Provide the opportunity for bounty hunters to choose the form of payment and indicate when filling out the form during joining the ICO generosity campaign in what they want to receive a reward - issued tokens or ethereum. That would be very cool.

yes, that's an idea)) it would suit everyone, but I don't think that many projects would like to launch such compromising bounty policy))

no, I don't think this would be better for bounty hunters... in my opinion rewards in ethereum would be smaller than in ico tokens. maybe, I am wrong, but i prefer taking part in serious bounty campaigns and hold the tokens i am rewarded in.
