Since the opinion of the forum participants on this issue is divided, I think it would be nice to apply a compromise solution. Provide the opportunity for bounty hunters to choose the form of payment and indicate when filling out the form during joining the ICO generosity campaign in what they want to receive a reward - issued tokens or ethereum. That would be very cool.
Wow, It is good for bounty hunters if they will get Ethereum instead of Token/coin after their bounty campaign. But rarely any bounty campaign gives ethereum to their participants, they always give coins/tokens.
This is good for many bounty hunters that they can trade their reward in some popular exchangers like binance, bittrex and other good platforms, I think that this is also not bad in ico investors due of bounty hunters not dump the token after releasing on exchangers both bounty hunters and investors will be happy.
To be honest, for me there is not much difference that payments for the bounty will be paid in the ETH or token of the project, because i watched when the bounty is paid in tokens, it is even beneficial for the bounty members, because the tokens can increase in price 2-5 times than the price of the tokens during the ICO.
A partial payment in ETH can reduce the number of scams related to the bounty campaigns. Nowadays a lot of bounty campaigns are not paying their participants any rewards. This needs to be prevented.
I see some projects have this plan and they announce later. By the number of tokens and keep the faith of the investor as their community. Of course, that's also a nice idea. Bounty participants will also be willing to accept and work better.
Many of ICOs allocate some of the tokens to participants in bounty campaigns. Don't you think it is better to give bounty participnats reward in ETH?
1-2% of the money raised is not so much and bounty participants deserve that. Also, it can cause more investors to attract. Because they are no longer worry about the price fall after bounties are paid.

How I wish that bounties pay ETH. That would probably be possible at least.. if bounties will limit their participants per campaign. Many will argue about the limit of participants since everyone is looking for a high potential one, but it's a matter of being a quick researcher as a bounty hunter. But I don't think that would be possible to be implemented anytime this year. We are all hoping for a better payment/reward. This is a risk for the ICO to decide whether to pay ETH or pay ICO Tokens that takes time to be listed and gain its value. Many worry about being given a little ETH as a reward, I would probably join a campaign that pay ETH .. only if the bounty participants are limited.
I am OK to be rewarded in ICO tokens. I think it is better for ICO and Bounty participants as well.
As a Bounty participant I learn about ICO, dedicating my time, becoming their supporter and follower.
When I get the tokens I am holding it and trading with them to maximize the profit.
If paid it ETH it would be more calculable but I think Bounty participants would get less value in total as the rewards are more generous as they pay in their tokens.

In my opinion, most likely there will be many who are not interested in bounty with ethereum rewards, as they will most likely be given a little ethereum. As with bounty in return for bitcoin, an account with hero rank earns only a bounty reward of no more than 0.02 bitcoin per week.
Some campanies pay in ETH. For example, Bitmora Bounty were paid in this way. That is make you sure to get some reward, but you can lost good profit in future, if the ICO tokens will pump.
as far as I know from other bounties, very rarely they get rewards on the ETH. more often this practice is used, which is paid in the tokens of the project in which they participate. very rarely is the same payment in bitcoins or dollars.
That would have been a great idea because it would have made bounty hunters rich overnight. They wouldnt have to wait for any coin to be listed before they could sell. But come t think of it, what would the dev do with his coins if the volume is not high because people are not trading it?

I think there are some bounties that actually pay in ETH, just that they are rare and probably restricted o higher ranks, it would be a gd thing however for the hunters to earn in ETH
getting paid in eth is better than ico tokens i would prefer personally Eth as standard mode of payment rather than Tokens
I am a great fan and also a supporter of the fact that bounty hunters should be paid in ethereum by then there are factors to consider. The ethereum which in most cases are invested fund will be needed to carry it most of the projects and if they tend to pay bounty hunter with it then they may fall short of funds
It will be great if these people can start paying bounties in ethereum that will in no small measure bring back sanity to the crypto world devoid of all illegality and devs will be committed to what they are charged to do by working hard to make projects success and fully developed
Maybe it's going to be a happy news for bounty hunters, but not for the ICO team. If the bounty hunters are getting paid in Ethereum, then the tokens or coins that the team is trying to promote will be useless.
Though I like the idea but it is not easy to do. But, if it granted by the DT Members of this forum, then scam bounty project will reduce maybe. The best thing for the avoid scammers is to pay a bounty in eth on a weekly basis!
I also like the idea of paying in the Ethereum, then the bounty hunters will not affect the price movement of the coin, and the market will be more stable.
you're wrong since they need to give the coin to anyone for the circulation of money, they need investors that will hold that token for a long term. Bounty hunters are not the reason why it affects the price movement of the coin, dumpers are. Don't sell your tokens into a decentralized exchange, it will make the token non existent.
