Many scam projects can provide good whitepaper and real team just to confuse many investors into thinking that they are real but one thing seem impossible for them to achieve still till date and that is top exchanges, binance team and other top exchanges team are very strict when listing new projects or raising fund through IEO

Even if it's a legitimate project, new projects are struggling in gathering funds and developing the project due to investors being skeptical in putting their money in new projects.

Reputable managers are less likely to manage scam campaigns because they are diligent in doing their research before accepting an offer. But, take note that this doesn't guarantee rewards since managers have no control whether a project may succeed or not.

Joining campaigns takes risks, effort, and time. And it is true that there are still hidden gems out there. You just need to keep and trying and joining.

Even though there are so many project scams these days, that doesn't mean there are no good bounty projects. We just need
to do a few things to get profitable bounty projects. Among others, see the website design projects, learn the activities of their
developer team, whitepaper check, carefully examine the profile of the team projects and finally the bounty manager who holds
projects are trusted.

Thank you for giving us such a good advice, me as a newbie i appreciated it much. But it would be better if we just don't rely on others recommendations we must do our own research to find a good and paying bounties that won't waste our time and effort.
relying on someone's recommendation is not a problem for me, the important thing is still doing your own research before joining any bounty. because sometimes someone can be wrong in doing research
Maybe the word "rely" is not suitable in this situation. I can say "listening to other recommendations is not a bad thing", the bad thing is that you completely rely on their words and make a decision based on their word without doing any double-checking. In business, listening to other words, especially advices, is a good thing. However, you'll need to have the knowledge and skills to do research to double check the advice!

Yes, this escrow service must be applied at every bounty manager because it will be safer and more timely when the distribution has been determined, and bounties without escrow such as digitalbits do not pay the hunters at all even though the price is quite good.

Who is going to hold funds? Bounty manager (like julerz12 does in some of his campaign) or a third independent person? If the project is likely to "shot" and its price is going to skyrocket, imagine how much funds this escrow hold. He could have a seed of temptation to run away with bounty pull. Bounty manager escrowing funds by himself is not also a best decision. Example: julerz12 escrows funds for Dao geoma campaign. He distributed all the rewards using his own money to pay transaction fees. But later he spent time waiting and asking the team for a refund. But if a campaign is greedy or scammy? They might not repay bounty manager spent money.

The reviews are great, this is very true and I agree with every point. Especially the first point, a good BM will certainly do their own research before holding a project so as to minimize failures for us, but even then it is not guaranteed the same as the second point, if indeed the project fails to clarify this is the world of crypto

Most of the project nowadays are fraud or scam if I am not wrong. Others may not agree with because they earn that much. Yes, there are really few good project to join with and this is why there things you need to consider.
Things that can't be denied of. Many projects had come out but only a few of them have worth it. We can't make people to stop them in participating bounty campaign for they think that this could save them. How we could forget last 2017 which almost( probably all) bounty hunters become rich because of this? And it is absolutely they'll think that it will come back once again. But it is very unfortunate that it is impossible to see that moment will come again as we can know that most projects now are being hopeless.

Firstly, you must do your own research and don't trust anyone's recommendation. Check the project for it's usecases, the credibility of the devs and team member. Don't participate because of FOMO. Also don't expect to much from bounty campaigns, it's a gamble so you won't be disappointed

Very good advice but still we shouldn't trust anyone, still do our own research because our own research will give more satisfying results
Yes. We should always learn to DYOR because in this crypto project, we should always learn to trust ourselves and stand on our own and not just rely on someones elses opinions. There are still good and legit bounty projects out there if we just keep making good researches but we should also be careful in choosing bounty campaigns because scam projects have becoming rampant also these days.

There have been many tips shared on this topic, some tips that I think are effective for newbie joining bounties are promoted join projects
by good bounty manager. Like Bounty Detective, Bubbalex, Murat and Masulum. After that I always check team projects whether real or fake,
and finally checking the social media activities of the project, if it is active it is likely that the project is legit.

If it is also the Bounty with a token as the payment, I think that we should also consider the followings as the additional notes:
1. Thee exchanges for listing the coins
2. target of the team to list their coins maximally
3. Recommend to join the bounty in which the project has rea use case product
4. Think and consider also about the percentage of the bounty campaign rewards and also the numbers of the participants.

Briefly never hope too much on bounty campaign. If the token reward has been calculated, never imagine the price will be the same with the IEO or ICO/ IEO. ANd you will calculate based on the ICO price, it will never happen nd will only may you regret your decision.

Good tips, If I remember there are only 2 good and reputable manager in the forum It is Hhampuz and yahoo62278, but they are rarely having a full bounty campaigns which has social media, blogging, etc. They focus on Bitcoin paid signature campaigns. When I join a bounty before my mindset was join as much as you can, but that is completely wrong, quality over quantity, just select those who has more potential with facts.
Hhampuz and yahoo62278 are also my favorites, but newbies can't participate in their campaigns. Because they are very popular for signature and at least members hunters. These two Parodium and Bubbalex are also good but I missed "Bubbalex" last campaign. I think newbies should follow only the top 5-8 bounty manager.
seem these two bounty managers yahkk62278 and Hhamouz were really diligent in their work. This is what I love also about them. Unfortunately they managed good bounty projects before but now they only managed projects that pay btc to which lesser user are being qualified and getting accepted. But maybe I can add the Team Amazix however later on the team had change their names and parted ways.

Add options
6. Make every effort to find bounties which are already listed in exchanges, it's will give guarantee and reduce the risk of working for free
good advice. but please note that not all bounties that can be traded on the exchange are very profitable. we need to analyze the volume and buy order, because now there are many fake orders and the volume is very small.
if you want a safe, you can choose bounty with btc or eth rewards, but this is very rare and often the rule is more difficult so it's not newby friendly.

No need to participate in projects that do not have a permanent address with a listing exchange date or IEO listing date. Also add some more points that if they are a professional bounty manager you can participate in that bounty. For newbies these things need to be considered and in the meantime they will be able to catch the right project which is a pleasure for hunters.

If this advice is strictly for Newbies only then it's just a lot easier and safer to follow popular bounty managers like bounty detective, bubbalex, arteezy, Hhampuz, etc, and make sure you do research, the use case for each bounty project is the most important
I agree with your advice. For newbies, it's best to take a look at these worthy managers and get involved in the projects they lead. You do not need to register in a large number of projects, but first you need to participate in several projects. I say this from my own experience. There was a time when I was involved in 30-40 projects, and half of them were of poor quality, but now I am involved in 3-5 projects led by Bounty Detective and Bubbalex, and I am very pleased with the result.
