choosing Both bounty and ICO investment for me require same strategy, just some few differences, for bounty I join base on the amount of stake allocated for distribution and also the bounty manager involve, I choose ICO investment base on detail reference to the whithpaper of the project, the team involve and base on there ppast track record.

Choose only the decent projects, which have long term plans. Do not dump all your tokens to the market, be an investor.
