He means that newbies are not allowed in any bounty campaigns, so you can't receive any bounty, but maybe you are an investor ...who knows.

I'd like to participate in the rewards campaigns for this project, is it still possible? Is ICO already close to the minimum goal? What is the expected price per token? Thanks.
The ICO is now over and the campaign manager will soon be in the process of paying out the bounties to the participants of the campaigns. I believe the ICO was closed early due to hacking attempts but they raised enough funds to work on developments. Not sure on the price per token just yet.

when i can get the payment?? i don't see anything on my ether wallet.. i'm sure that my eth address is right..
The verification time given for the addresses is I guess almost over because jamal say it will give 2 days or more for that. Here is his statement.Hi Everyone.. So... expect payment will come anytime soon, don't be in a hurry we haven't seen Insurex in exchange yet.
Or maybe if you have more time you double check your payment address so there will be no problem once payment will be sent.

well as they said in the last part they will receive the last data and start the distribution meaning it will start maybe tommorow or in the next day. i thought they will start today, but still congrats to all of the participants.

Last night deadline of 2 days reached to its finish point. We should be ready to receive today our tokens by the end of day. I am sure when bounty manager or team representative is up will share with us when actually this is going to happen. Most probably we will receive today.
Yep, maybe tomorrow we have seen the IXT token in our MEW wallet.
Is there any info about exchange?
