It was right from the start decided as percentage. I didn't added the percentage earlier for the random and specific distribution in sheet earlier.

It's the same as earlier just the thing that I specified it more clear now. Rest there is no reduction in Bounty or any change in rules.

Also there is no compulsion in wearing signatures for earlier translators now.

So any rough figure in main thread is now changed in percentage figure.

(Note: By any reason if there is a rough figure then the figure is taken on account considering all tokens sold).
