2019 has been a year with mixed feelings for crypto enthusiasts. A lot of bounty hunters have now switched over to trading, because bounty is no longer profitable.
Some have combined the two (both bounty and trading), while larger percentage are still into bounty, despite not being profitable.
I envisage that in two to three years to this time, the population of people on bounty will reduce drastically, because it will no longer be profitable as it used to be.

This is correct and aligned with the market situation but as the market is going up, bounty hunters have more opportunities to make money.
Personally I have only lost money in trading, mainly becasue I used stop loss where i just should have holded.

Bounty and trading are far more alike because bounties are task that you need to do weekly and hoping to get paid if there's no problem is arise while trading are using your funds and research for more information that what coin or token that you want to invest to get profit on the next pump of the market

from 2018 until now bounty no longer produces. now but even so I still try to know who there is a good bounty and give a decent fee too. Besides that, I filled my spare time so I was still trying to work on the bounty again. even though the previous bounties did not give me a fee or get paid but the coins did not enter the market.

I think not all, maybe there are some quite a few percent profitable, back again that every trader does not all use the capital from their own pocket but from the bounty, so I think 2020 is the right time to see all really recovering and certainly a lot Alts coin grew in that year, they will compete in promotions and of course it is profitable back bounty hunters, just sharing my thoughts

I bought Ethereum for $ 260, and invested 8 ETH in a new crypto wallet Cloud Token.

I advise Cloud Token (only the beginning of the project), read more about it here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/cloud-token-crypto-wallet-with-high-income-trend-5157220 , I advise you to sort out the topic so as not to blame yourself for the lost opportunity! 💪

P.S. The project token has the ability to do x10 before the end of the year.

I really enjoy bounty campaigns although i have faced many scam campaigns as well in the previous months still i find it less stressful because there is no out of pocket money at stake while trading and investing is very stressfuland 90 percent of the time price moves against my entry so i have not been actively trading now.

Yes, bounty campaigns have always been less risky, but at the same time bounty is still more profitable than trading. I think the reason is that to engage in trade, you need to have special knowledge and experience, and bounty is like work for which you pay.

this year being a painful bounty hunter, many projects were destroyed and deceived and ended scam, I feel better being a trader than being a bounty hunter in the past few months.
the risk of being a bounty hunter is always not paid, and of course it hurts. however, I prefer that compared to trading. choosing a good project is something that needs to be done on a bounty hunter. it's a mistake to support an irresponsible project, and of course it's a fundamental thing for a bounty hunter.

I really want to believe that the rise in prices of major currencies from the top 5 will also lead to an increase in the cost of tokens of smaller projects.

In 2017 it was exactly like that. New money rushed to the market and everything just grew.
I hope the growth that occurs in the market can be better than now. the market is growing well but is still quite far from ATH. Moreover, many altcoins have not experienced growth and are more stable.
if the market is good then the bounty will also result in a decent payment from a good project too.

Actually very many projects were launched in 2019, but all prices dropped. Maybe because the prices of BTC and Ethereum dropped at the beginning of 2019. Now the prices of ETH and BTC have started to increase, so the results for the bounty have also begun to improve. I think this will be better for the future.

You should go trading if you have enough money in your pockets and enough knowledge to make profits and not loses. But it is a much easier way to get token rewards on those are bounties, because you do not need a solid some of money at the beginning.

this 2019 will prefer to take a bounty rather than trading because the process of replacing the bounty is a bit longer so I'm sure that I can get more money

But any day any time, trading supersedes bounty participation

Same procedures apply for both but different strategies

Of course investing funds aren't able to satisfy just any projects, real world it is so does crypto. Once offerings are getting more and more regulated good coins would be become much more premium, like how IEO does these days, bounties I believe is at the verge of vanishing when project owners aren't even able to find themselves properly, distribution of rewards is even rarer. I still work what I could on the last days while making trading more profitable.

Every bounty hunter is also a trader to some extent. He has to sell the earned coins and do it at a favorable rate. But professional trading is another matter of course.

It depends on how much time you have and how big your budget is. Without any doubt, if you do not have a solid starting cap, you should go for bounties. But if you have money, welcome to trading.
everything was profitable for me, and it made me do a bounty and trade. not a big problem doing both, and I did a bounty first, from the results that I got it I could have money to trade. it all started from the bounty until finally I could trade crypto every day.

Trading is risky{ but somehow can be less if well managed } and not much time consuming bounties are time consuming { depending on the no of projects you apply for } but to be on the safe side participating in both will be good its like having two sources of income
well said mate.... Cool thoughts right here...  Could get to a trading start by getting more MPCX coins at the moment  sure going to make waves months from now..
