Whether it's a KO or by Decision, Fury would still win this.

Everyone thinks Fury will win, truth is, i do too. Wilder has increased in weight from the last fight where he was 231 to now 238. To me i think its going to make him more slower than before and get tired more quickly. He already had the power for the fight, what he needed was to develop more speed and stamina. Unless Fury let's his guard down and Wilder has plans for a KO considering the weight gain, he has no chance.

When the public is so unanimous, the odds of the bookmakers are skewed and they are truly skewed now. Wilder is a great puncher, he can knock out any opponent by any hand and the odds of Wilder winning by knockout now are 3.75 But even more ridiculous chances that Wilder will win by decision is 17 (!!!). Maybe the bookmakers have forgotten that in boxing it often happens like this: after being knocked out, a boxer can fight on, but in fact he just endures and waits for the end of the fight, why can't this situation happen again today?

I guess the betting line makes sense, if this will go to the judges' scorecards, Wilder will not likely win as he doesn't throw more punches, the best chance for him to win is if he could hurt Fury and will KO him.

On the odds now from Sportsbet, I think I will try to put a little bet to entertain myself a bit more on Wilder to KO Fury in between round 1-3, and the odds is 16.00. I also like the possibility of a draw which has an odds of 22.00 now.

I also think that Fury is the favorite in the fight later today because he simply is the way better boxer in terms of technical skills, but he also has to be very careful though. Just take a look back at his first fight against Wilder, he pretty much dominated the whole fight there too but he almost lost in in the end because of that huge knockdown where he barely managed to get up from. So yes, fury is the favorite but he pretty much has to be very careful and attentive during the whole fight, because if he gets hit with a right hand from wilder then it is pretty much over. If he can damage Wilder heavily pretty early like in the last fight then it is easier for him of course.

I'm done putting my bet, and I would not anymore trust Wilder to win this time as the momentum is on Fury. He already know that he has the skills and power to end the fight early and I'm looking forward for Fury to KO Wilder so Wilder will not anymore make excuses.
Even if Wilder looses this fight badly i am sure he will come up with excuses. I am not expecting a early finish in this fight as i am expecting Wilder to be prepared and will try his best to counter his offensive style and the problem comes if the fight goes the decision and what will be the judges  going to do, whether they will mess them up is my expectation Grin.

Whether it's a KO or by Decision, Fury would still win this, and if I'm wrong and the fight will end on judges scorecards, I still think that Fury's boxing skill will give him an edge and will be declared as the winner again.
We have seen some stupid decisions by the judges and you cannot expect them to score the fight fairely.

Have you guys put your bet already in this fight?

It's on October 10 in my timezone and I find the odds for Wilder so attractive.
Fury - 1.31 and Wilder -3.40.

For bettors who believe in Fury to win, the odds are very interesting as bookies believe that Fury will likely win by KO than by decision.

Odds are. Fury by KO 1.94 and Fury by Decision 3.60.
Note: odds could change from time to time.

I have put up my bets too and just like the same similar user above that i have already lost up my trust in Wilder after all the things that he had said in the past on where a pile
of reasoning and turns out that he's already crazy and cant really just accept some defeat and now they are having the trilogy. We cant deny that he had those unbelievable
stats but there would be always something better than you which you should accept on the time you had lost but thats not the case on what happened on Wilder.

Fury was not unsettled in the press conference, he just did what Fury does which is to do things his way.

Wilder knows his career is virtually finished depending on how he gets beat by Fury, it will be playing on his mind.
If Deontay Wilder was certain about his future, he would not go to the court and force Tyson Fury to drop the Anthony Joshua and face him instead for the trilogy. I am not sure what changes Wilder will be making so that he was so adamant he wanted to face Tyson Fury. One thing i am aware is that Wilder is confident in his power and he is looking for one shot that could knock Fury out and the fight depends upon how Fury tackle that punch and whether he will be offensive like he did in the second fight.

If anyone has the German Dazn the fight is going to be streaming on there. It's not on the UK or US ones. Think I'm gonna try get an early night on Sat and set an alarm to wake up to catch it as I really need to see this live.

I disagree. Tyson Fury appeared to be very unsettled and very bothered during that press conference, where Deontay Wilder was very relaxed and very free from anxiety and distress. It appears Malik Scott might have given Wilder the correct attitude and the confidence for the fight. Round 3 knockout for Wilder.

I don't think we watched the same thing. Deontay wasn't relaxed but looked more like trying to avoid having to participate or get involved with Fury's war of words. He knows he can't compete with Fury's banter so he's trying the if I ignore him maybe he will go away route, but Fury isn't going anywhere. It looked weak to me.

Dont know what pressure Wilder has created, but Fury completely dominated on press conference.

I like these by Fury:

1) If you have just one excuse why you have lost - that can be true, I can believe in that. But you have like fifty  Grin

2) If you say that I have cheated and you would beat me - when then you say you trained harder and changed all the coaching personal?

3) Wilder: "I have 10 title defences" Fury: "I havent competed in 3 years, walked in the ring and beat you. Did it for the second time. And now I'm gonna repeat it. All of your opponents were punching bags"

4) Wilder: "I am the kind. I am the warrior" Fury: "according to your last fight you are so-so kind" Cheesy I just rofled Cheesy

5) "Castrat !"
Yes, he is Fury is going on Wilder's mind and he has proof that he is right on what he says in the press conference, a boxer who is changing his whole team can be considered a fighter who is afraid of the same scenario if you've cheated you retain your team and ask for a better referee to manage the fight, so many excuses to make us all believe that he losses because he cheated.
Everything depends on this fight for Wilder I'm sure he gave his instructions to his corner to never throw in the towel, whatever happens, he will go here to give everything, I want Fury to win the fight so Wilder can accept defeat when it's obvious, all the boxers he beat accepted their defeat why can't he.
I don't if you watch the press conference cause Fury feels somehow disturbed during the press conference. I don't know why maybe they are a long-time rival but if you know Fury very well you'll know through his talking.
About Wilder changing his team, he has done that right from the time he lost to Fury cause he believes that's the best thing for him but honestly, his new trainer seems good.
This is fight week and it going to be a blast.

I can't wait for weekend to finally kick off this fight and prefight press conference was more like presidential debate and Fury again said Deontay Wilder is mentally weak, claiming he lives in his mind rent free  Cheesy
The press conference was like that because they're at each other's throat and they're pumped up and angry that they're going to fight anytime now, hopefully we get to see these third match a good fight because I really don't like these trilogy to end in a wimpy conclusion, this should act like a closure to a chapter in both fighter's career.

I viewed it as, there is nothing much for Wilder to talk about as he knows clearly he lost both the fights if he was courageous enough to watch the highlights of the past two fight and i doubt whether he has done that and made any corrections. The only possible way for him to win is to be composed and look for that power punch and if he can time that punch well then there might be a chance.

Let the fight settle everything between them. But all that Fury said (except Nr.5) were backed up by facts. Nothing of what he said was a lie. He parried everything Wilder says with an iron fact.

I've already set an alarm for that fight. I really hope that everything between them is going to be settled with a KO. A KO will answer all the questions. Decision or ref stoppage gives a soil for a fourth fight. But imho, if there is going to be a fourth fight, this will turn into Santa Barbara.

Fury is not only good in the ring, but he is also very smart in trash-talking, this guy deserves to be called the Gypsy King because he always dominate, and yes, after that person, I think it has gotten into the head of Wilder and hopefully he will not make it as an excuse why he loses in the 3rd time.  Smiley

He is one of the best trash talkers in the business and he can back it up with results in the ring, he is a very animated guy people love to interview him, there was no angriness in his words only trying to get into the mind of his opponents and he is succeeding, he won the thrash talking war against Wilder and I'm sure he'll win their war in the ring, very excited to see this fight, it's going to be a war.

He got totally burned on this one..When it comes to reasoning then Wilder does have lots and it turns out that he's going crazy giving off those sentiments in the public. He do really make himself

look crazy or out of his mind whenever he do make out some new accusations that he had been cheated or something like reasoning.Fury did really dominate on this presscon

and that alone is already a solid punch that had been received. Wilder should be prepared on getting beat up again.  Cheesy
