As to this moment. I am more interested in who's next for Loma. Will it be for the undisputed championship as he is the WBO mandatory? Which means he is fighting the winner of Haney-Kambosos II. I wish Loma the best and everyone is curious how he looks like in his upcoming tune-up fight.

By the way, who's going to be the favorite between Haney and Loma? Maybe it depends on how they perform in their next fights? Personally, prime for prime I take Loma over Haney. But maybe Haney is yet to achieve his prime as he is still young while Loma is already in his mid 30's where his body might not be able to follow everything his mind wants.

I do agree that upsets do happen in every fight like in the Lopez vs Kambosos or Him vs Lopez, but for Loma if might be a different case as he is coming from his war torn country and he wanted to show everything that he is back and that he will get back all his belts. He is also inspired by the win of his countryman, also trained by his father, Usyk. So I don't see him being careless or underestimate him, unless he is injured or something.

I just hope Loma won't start slow.  Since he is from a long break due to him participating in defending his country, there is a possibility that Loma will adjust since this is his first fight after a long break.  And besides, if we observe his fight against Lopez, he really started so slow there, it was in the later round when he starts showing what he has, so in the end, Loma lost via unanimous decision.
I think it is very possible that Lomachenko is going to start slow this fight precisely because of the factors that you mention, even if we know that he is a very good boxer the long period of inactivity is going to affect him and he will need a few rounds to adjust.

However I think he's so above Ortiz that this is not going to affect him significantly in the fight and Lomachenko should still be able to obtain an easy victory during this fight and then obtain a chance to challenge Haney and fight him during the next year.

As for Haney and Kambosos, the result is not determined yet but as for speculation, yes we might see a trilogy soon but Kambosos's chances is somehow lower compared to Haney. Kambosos will the same trouble piercing through the latter's defenses and he is not a KO artist, that makes the fight more harder.

Both Lomachenko and Haney are expected to win on their respective fights, that happened, we will see a big fight between them. Though I must say that Kambasos vs Haney is a big fight, but we cannot deny that people believe this fight is non sense as obviously Haney will still dominate again.

upset happens all the time, but with kambosos vs haney, i don't know if there will be upset this time. but anything can happen in the world of boxing. anyway, with the match between loma and ortiz, i am positive that loma will emerge as winner here. anyway, after knowing the results of their respective fights, that's when we can really speculate good, right?

That proves why Loma is not an average fighter who can be bullied right away if his foe has the height and reach advantages, fighting Loma without proper training regimen is like fighting blindly in the ring because he can really get you where you won't expect it the most as his IQ is so vast in this sport.

I also agree that this fight might end by a way of TKO/KO in Lomachenko's favor, he will do that as a sign of his comeback.

He will aim for a KO to bring his name up and be a talked around social media, that's a good exposure since he's coming back and chase for another belt or another money fight. I see that point where he will bring his opponent to the position where he wanted, then drive him to keep countering, then a killer solid knockout punch will be thrown.

The IQ of Loma will again rise and fans will call for him to have a rematch or take another solid fighter like him.

the focus might be on this upcoming fight, the rest will be discussed after!

For sure it's great news if he wins by KO. I would not be surprised if I will see a KO here as we all know that Loma is capable of knocking his opponent, he will slowly destroy his opponent that's how technical he is, so I'm really looking forward to that.

I'm excited on the result of this fight and the next fight of Loma.

Same with what I've said if Loma see that open, opportunities he will take that KO punch to put down his. opponent he got that combination of skills and IQ plus that experienced that really gives him a lot of fans trust. It's a good come back if he wins it by KO, the passion of promoters and fans to call for his next possible opponent.

For now, let us enjoy these upcoming fights and see if he will deliver what we all expecting from him.

Yes, no doubt about that! Lomachenko will surely look for that correct timing to provide his fans and the whole boxing industry a knockout victory in this fight, and for sure, it will definitely hype his name more to fight the undisputed boxer in this division because of that huge comeback he'll about to make. Also, there's a high chance that this fight will really end in a KO or TKO instead of decision.

If i were Lomachenko, from war-braced Ukraine, lost the a fight that would have unified the belts and might probably get a rematch with Lopez, to fix the loss, I would fight Jamaine Ortiz with all I got. Though the fight would require much stamina, seeing that Ortiz is much younger and with sharper reflex. Like I said earlier, the Ukrainian Loma will fight like a mad man. He has so much to look forward to, and stronger opponents ahead. His technic is unique to him and this victory is going to help him stay motivated if to unify the belts is his goal in the long run

There's no need to chase Lopez, the belt that he losses to Teo have bene taken already by Kambosos. But in a twist, he lost it on this first defense against Haney and now they will have a rematch and most likely Haney will win again. And so if there is someone that he need to fight after this one is the winner of the Haney vs Kambosos. And as we all, Lopez has move to 140 lbs and Loma doesn't want to go that high just to avenge his lost.

After fighting Ortiz and went out successful the next stop is whoever that will be available for him. We are not sure yet if Haney

will win their rematch and be available for Loma or Kambosos will win and maybe a trilogy will take place before facing Loma, let see

if how the promoters will negotiate and established Loma's next fight. I just wanted to see him to win and rebuild his way to win

another title.

Lomachenko wouldn't have some trouble fighting Ortiz, I mean he will feel the ring at first because he was inactive for quite some time because of the war but I reckon that the same war made some good improvements on Loma because his sense will be more agile and I have no doubt on his stamina because the war itself trained him already.

Seeing Loma and Haney in one ring would really be exciting though it will also be a big challenge for the both of them. Haney might really be the bettor favorite but I think Lomo would really show off his aggressiveness to beat down Haney. Loma vs Ortiz would be another opportunity for Loma to strengthen up his stamina in preparation for him to face Haney in the future.
This is my thoughts exactly. My money is on Lomachenko. For me, he possess the qualities of a good boxer. Unlike Ortiz, he has a better Boxing IQ and ring generalship. During the match, I expect that he’ll be able to pick up the pace to an intense level. This will in turn expose cracks in Ortiz ring IQ that should bring about mistakes in the ring. I see this match as a prep fight for Loma. The real deal is going to be with Haney.

I wouldn't bet my money against Lomachenko either because that's very unwise to do Grin
I also have no doubts that Lomachenko got this and he has the upper hand in this fight even if Oritz is younger and has the height and reach advantage. I'd say that those advantages that the latter have won't mean that much compared to Lomachenko's IQ in the ring. Also, there's a good probability that this fight could end in TKO/KO rather than a decision.

There are a lot of boxers that fought Lomachenko in their prime, with the height and reach advantage bust still lost to him. It just shows that Loma is really above those boxers, his trainer alone was un-orthodox, we haven't seen that kind of trainings before, it's not just his skills, but like the reaction time, it's just like watching Steph Curry doing his drills but not with a basketball, but some other training to improved his skill set, like decision making that why he has  big boxing IQ. Right, this fight could end in a TKO/KO and won't go to the judges scorecard.

He is one of the best in the boxing world, very entertaining to watch, and what I like about him is he does accept challenges and he proved most of the time that he is the best. Though he lost to Lopez, but if there's a chance they will have a rematch, I think Loma could win and maybe trilogy will happen.

No doubt about that, Lomachenko is truly a one of a kind boxer and he ain't boring to watch inside the ring. His defeat against Lopez doesn't define his greatness, it was just a simple mistake that cost him his belts but I bet he could defeat Lopez if he will be given a rematch and a trilogy will be indeed interesting to see soon. However, Lopez already climb another division.

I can back that up since I also believe that if Loma will have that opportunities to fight for a rematch I think he can win it up and force for a trilogy, he still have that power and he can still push his opponent to make an opening he will keep on throwing good solid punches and deliver his finishing punch if he will see any opportunity.

Let see first if he can deal with Ortiz. A KO will bring more interest to him. It will help to hype his name and bring more money fight for him.

It's not a question on if he can deal with Ortiz, for sure he will. It's how Ortiz will do if he saw how technical Loma is. He may set up for a lot of traps that he can't see or if he see it he doesn't have a answer to Hi-Tech Loma. And as you have said, I'm seeing a knock out maybe in the middle or late rounds for Loma. Ortiz will offer some resistance, but Loma will be too much, the skills the ring IQ the power, setting traps, overall skill of this boxer is unmatched.

Loma is not 100% in the Lopez fight that's why he lost. And look at his comeback fight, Nakatani and Commey, two biggest name in the division and then he knock them out.

So most likely, Lomachenko is still on path of his goal to unify all the belts or get it from either Haney or Kambosos again. Technically those are the belts he held prior to the Lopez lost. And I agree that he somewhat put a different training perspective and that is why he is one step ahead of his opponents.

Teo Lopez already move up to 140 lbs already, and Loma said that he won't fight Lopez at 140 lbs, so most likely we will not see the rematch. Loma will be too small at the Super Lightweight/Jr. Welterweight.

Anyhow, Teo has a successful debut at this division and now Loma will have to fight a young boxer in Ortiz. And he is still in the chase for all the belts in 135 lbs, that is his goal and the only way to do that is to fight Haney (if he wins against Kambosos).
