It will certainly be easier to see Corinthians winning, although in the last games things have not been going well.

Yes, exactly... I confess, I was surprised with this game, because I imagine, Corinthians would win easily, but that didn't happen lol

The game that everyone was looking for was between the leader palmeiras and the previous number two flamengo it was a really competitive and intense game flamengo took the lead after half an hour but palmeiras managed to equilize on the second half, this result will benefect palmeiras team since they are keeping an 8 points gap ahead of their closest follower a win would've sealed the title in my opinion but even a draw is really good for them.

I didn't see the game either, but I would have liked to.
But from the comments I heard at the end, it seems that the draw turned out to be a fair result for both teams, for the work that both did in the game.

As I said, I didn't see the game, but do you really think the coach was saving players? I think the Brasileirão is more important than the Cup. To make that kind of savings is almost to say that you hand over the championship to Palmeiras.

It was time for Flamengo to make a decision. There was a choice to be made either to go for a win in this match or to save players for the COPA do Brazil match. It is difficult for me to say whether or not this was the right decision that was made. The problem is they could choose either option and either option could be seen as both good and bad.

Anyway, what I am going to say is that this was the positive result that they got. It was at least a draw for them in this match, which means they will be able to play the Copa do Brazil with their strongest squad available to them. As a result, I do not consider this to be too bad.

With this consistency, it's hard to not bet on Palmeiras on this Brasileiro.

Flamengo is genuinely struggling to finish first at the moment, in my opinion. Still, I believe they are in a favorable position now because of the way they started. And the way Palmeiras is playing right now I think it is going to be quite impossible to throne them from the first position right now. Flamengo is likely to behave accordingly in order to remain satisfied with what they have achieved so far. And if they are actually able to get the first position, it will be nothing short of a miracle.

Well I know that there are many Flamengo fans, and this is something remarkable, to be honest, despite the fact that Flamengo has played with their hearts and shown great technique, for me Palmeriras is still the favorite, and judging how any of them play the two teams are at the same level, and this is what is sought, that they can be at the level of the greats, besides it is not to deny that the Brasileirao is a championship where the best of all the fans is always present supporting their teams , but as things have turned out, the start of a possible classic between Flamengo and Palmeiras may already be brewing.

Flamengo was the second or third favorite, if I remember correctly, besides Corinthians and São Paulo. If it wasn't for São Paulo, the preview favorite list would be perfectly accurate.

True, it's really unlikely to happen, because so far Palmeiras has been the most consistent team among all. There are slight chances they are going to lose 3 games, while Flamengo is going to win 3 games without any ties or defeats meanwhile. Although everything can happens in soccer, I believe Palmeiras is delivering outstanding results and there are no clubs on brazilian soccer that can surpass them this season.

I believe Corinthians will do a good match to have some hope in brasileiro after Flamengo took his 2nd place.

If Flamengo vs Palmeiras ends in a draw Corinthians can reclaim 2nd place and be 2 points closer to Palmeiras.

What a bad result for Atletico Mineiro today they lost against goias team at home, they needed the win badly so they can keep their chances of getting one of the top spots, the game was in their favor they were really dominant since the beginning but unfortunately for them they couldn't score despite the big number of goal chances on the otherhand goias strikers were very surgical and they brilliantly snatched the goal and the win, with this loss atletico MG are on the seventh position and its not even sure if they can be on top four in the end of the season.
