Brazil have interesting football system - shortly after end of season in main leagues they have to play in state championshiop. I think it's unique thing. And I see that some of these leagues have different format, like teams divided in groups and then playoffs. I'm just wondering how important for big clubs these state championships it?
BTW, I see Barcelona name in one of leagues. I knew there is Barcelona club in Ecuador, but not in Brazil. Well, they're were creative with their logo Cheesy.

This isn't a very relevant championship, but it's good to see how each club is going to perform in the beginning of 2025. Some changes on every teams are expected, so we must analyze carefully the strategy of each of them and if they have improved somehow compared to 2024.

I'm curious to see how players are going to adapt themselves to the new clubs they are going to, and if they are going to display more efficiency than they did in their previous teams they played for.

Most of the teams above are unknown to me, because it's really impossible to follow all of them, considering so many states and so many of them. I stick to the main ones which are going to participate Brasileirão Série A later.

The start of a new season always attracts all the attention, especially when a club performed poorly the previous year, as in the case of Fluminense, for example.

In these championships, although they do not have the same prestige as a national tournament, the state classics usually have excellent matches and very crowded stadiums. In the big capitals, streets are closed to watch the finals on big screens installed in bars or squares.
