Their frontend is laggy but the share submission and payouts seem dead-on.
Yea that's what I noticed.. The stats page doesn't load too well, but the payouts are spot on, which is the most important thing

What do you mean by slow? Your hashrate is lower than it should be or do you mean the pool hashrate?
i mean their server is laggy as hell

Bleutrade is a bad choice 
Why's that? We feel the more exchanges people can trade on, the better. It gives BritCoin users more options.
Volume is not good on Bleutrade !
Well until we are listed on the bigger exchanges (MintPal, Bittrex etc) we have to use the smaller exchanges, that's just the way it is. If you want to help us get listed on Bittrex, mention us to them on twitter or in their irc chan on Freenode.
