Ive been sorted now, thankyou and sorry for being impatient.

I won the house jackpot and the game crashed before it had time to payout, ive been waiting 2 months for technical support, i just get told to wait everyday when i log in and chat to support online.

I won and cashed out a long time ago more than a bitcoin, but ever since then I've been pretty much a big loser here.

On top of the fact that I stopped winning, last month I played a bunch from the 14-24 and every day that I played whenever I got the bonus rounds or free spins the games would always disconnect, and then I'd refresh the page and the bonus round would have disappeared and no winnings credited to me. Happened a bunch of times, on both Google Chrome and Firefox, on a bunch of different games, been contacting support for the last month and haven't heard anything back except them asking me to 'please be patient and wait".

Been more than a month now since I submitted my first support ticket detailing the times/dates/balances when I won the bonus round/spins, and still the support team is telling me to be patient and wait.

It's been a whole month. Like wow really?

I stopped playing here after the technical issues got really ridiculous, and after I tried everything I could think of on my end that could possibly be causing the issue, and every other casino I played at still worked perfectly fine.

Trying to see on how they were going to compensate me too, because I've gotten my withdrawals and all that from here before. I know they will pay you. The technical support team or whatever they have sucks.

TL;DR games disconnect when you get the bonus rounds, and refreshing the page just resets the slot machine and you lose your freespins/bonus picks remaining.
And then waiting for compensation is more than a month. Will update and give a nicer review if they ever decide to compensate me for my lost bonus games.

Oh my god.  It's hard to imagine how you got to 15 deposits before stopping to question.  I think after the first deposit couldn't be cashed out I'd be wondering what the hell.  Actually, I read this thread so I wouldn't even do the first deposit.  What happened MarkMJ?!

So there is a scam accusation towards this casino. I would advice everyone to stay away from this casino. 15 deposits and no cashouts !!! :O hmm either support is dead or this casino may have somerthing to hide... OP i think you better get to this situation ASAP as its nt looking too good for your casino even if it is one user experiencing these problems as a casino you should be making it right...

Im sure his experience with this site is real. The same thing happened to me and this casino has the worse support ever. Their withdrawal takes some time before they process it and if you check this page you can see that I submitted them a flaw in their system for bounty but they just give me 0.01 btc for it. I should have abused it rather than telling them, still regret here

I'm not sure what you are referring to I haven't posted anything about other casinos here at BTCtalk. I wouldn't have anything to gain slandering a legitimate casino unless I feel like I was wronged or treated unfairly or poorly.Yes this is a new account and I am new to crypto and I do not post in forums very much. I am just trying to make people aware of how I was personally treated at this this casino by tech support. Ya I may have been a little rude but this is just 1 of the several conversations that I had with this particular support tech. I have since talked to another support tech and he was far more professional about my issue but at this time the matter is still unresolved. Trying to inform the community to be cautious about depositing here because it seems at least my experience that they are intentionally taking their time processing my withdrawal. I will definitely remove or edit this post and give an apology once the issue has been completely resolved.

Edit: Withdraw finally has gone through. I may have shown a little bit of impatience on this matter but they eventually did process my withdrawal so I will give them credit for that. I'm still not exactly thrilled with the support on this casino or the amount of time i had to wait but it is what it is. I will not be returning
