Obviously no BTC received and the ID doesnt even exist. Are they just fucking trolling us?

Now tell me, do you see a TX with that hash? This is beyond unbelievable now. Twice I have been told it was fixed and had my tickets closed. How is this such a hard thing to fix?

Worst damn part is waiting 5 days between support replies. This will be my last time doing business with BTC-e.

hi;

be patient, they solve the issues ASAP.

These were issues from February 4th, before the issues with Transaction Malleability. We're referring to the February, 10-11th, issue.

I am trying to be as patient as possible (not submitting new tickets, being calm) but you have to understand out point of view. We have many bitcoins that have been in limbo for a week, and we are becoming worried.

My tickets changed and were assigned within seconds of posting my ticket # on the other thread. I just assumed.

Which thread did you post on? I've been assigned to A2 support for a while now

Nothing yet here, but supposedly the btcecom account is now aware of our problems. If it's not fixed by tomorrow morning, i'll open up the thread.

How do you know btccom is aware of our situation? Thanks!

They combined my tickets this morning (had 2 open, original one and new one after first one was closed by support). Also, support a2 took ownership of my ticket, so here's hoping.

How often are you guys posting support tickets? I've posts three and my last one was on Friday, you think I should wait until the respond back to my replies or submit a new ticket?

Any news on deposits from anyone? Thanks.

I have tried the multiple ticket approach. They simply merge them into one big ticket after a while

It wouldnt even be that much of a problem if they just told us wtf is going on and when we will receive our money.

But getting totally ignored while NOTHING happens obv makes people anrgy.

Rawted, you gonna open that "scam report" tomorrow? I guess its about time to spread the word a bit further..

+1

This is what makes it feel like I am about to be shafted - because there is no acknowledgement of any problem, you just get
tweets like "BTC-e works" or some such bs. They would have to employ one person to manage this just a bit -- if that's what they wanted to do. Also btc-e.com never replies. Can we do a scam report? Rawted you seem to have experience with this before - does it help?

OK agreed their support is lousy  Embarrassed

you've got to agree, from an exchanges point of view, all such complains could as well come from an attacker trying to re-withdraw a malled tx

holy cow I wish this had been fixed earlier; known since 2011 but sitting there for 3 years now coming to haunt btc  Roll Eyes

Yeah - sorry to disappoint you but this is not fud. Our withdrawals never hit the block chain so it is irrelevant whether it was to another exchange or what. They are simply  transactions stuck in btc-e that were never processed. I'm sure their service is fine if you don't have to get them to correct a mistake. As far as we are concerned we may as well be dealing with gox - the result is the same - i.e. we don't get our BTC. I know of at least two others who haven't posted here who have the same issue, and I suspect there will be others.

Read the gox behaviour on http://www.coindesk.com/mt-gox-users-awaiting-funds-survey-reveals/
and tell me how our experience is different?
