So, if i'm right: There are only withdrawel issues who withdrew at 10-11th of February?
If i withdraw my coins at this very moment my coins will not be stuck in the blockchain for days?

They are not in limbo... they arrived at the designated address. Contact whoever owns that address (Cryptsy you said?)

Since BTC-E doesn't give tx id for w/d, I had the blockchain addy all messed up in my link.

Been 3 days, 5btc w/d on the 10th and still nothing, like some of the other posters here.

BTC-E still getting hit w/ ddos, not sure about blockchain and tx mall ddos. Hopefully we see our coins today..

I'm still waiting my withdraw now for 3 days ! WTF !!!

Btc-e tweeted yesterday regarding the stuck bitcoin withdrawals requested on February 10 & 11:
https://twitter.com/btcecom/status/433626479331508225

Google translated:
Reshipment bitcoin transactions hung due to DDOS network bitcoin (10-11 February) will be produced 13.02.2014 # btce

In other words, you should receive your bitcoin withdrawal by the end of today (13th).

My own experience with BTC-e along with extensive research on the matter leads me to believe that in certain cases, BTC-e are 100% responsible for the situation where Withdrawal Confirmation emails are not being received - thereby prohibiting one from withdrawing coins from your own account.

I am just not sure what their motive is for "turning off" these emails and thereby stopping you from withdrawing your own coins ... I guess the next couple of weeks will provide the answer to that question, as they very conveniently place a two week freeze on all coin withdrawals if you change your confirmed email address with them.

Now since they make absolutely no attempt to fix the problem causing their system to not send out these confirmation emails one is forced to adopt their suggested solution of 'changing to a GMail account with 2 factor authentication' ...

Having taken up their suggestion, I can confirm that these confirmation emails are still not being sent - not even to my new GMail account. I can only hope that these emails will begin arriving once the "two week withdrawal freeze" period is over. I would expect these emails to be sent to the new address, but perhaps with a note saying something like "sorry, no withdrawals until [Date]..."  but instead of this there are simply NO EMAILS!

So basically BTC-e can keep your coins for as long as they wish (or prevent you from ever withdrawing) by simply/purposefully not sending out a withdrawal confirmation email whenever you attempt to withdraw coins!

The next few weeks will be telling as to what their true motives for this underhanded tactic are.
Yes I am feeling very negative at the moment, but with all the goings on at Gox who can blame me for feeling this way?

I just withdrew 4.7BTC from BTC-e a couple of hours ago. Broke it up into a few chunks just in case, but all landed in my multibit wallet in a couple of minutes.
I guess problem is faced by members who withdrew on 10th and 11th..! but i hope all will be shorted out soon.
