Dear BTC-e staff,

I just realized some possible flaw:

Checked for my BTC address to make a deposit and saw that you have added QR. Very good idea!

However, I decided to get a new address and after it came up I thought the QR didn't change. So I reloaded the page and a different QR showed up!

I am not sure if this is due to my firefox settings (no-script and what-not) but I thought it's better to let you know

Hi,

It's been weeks I'm trying to figure out

How to transfer directly EURO to BTC-E with SEPA transfer ?

The problem is :
- I don't want to get robbed by intermediate payment system fees
- I don't want to change EUR to an other currency with fees. It seems that BTC-E only accept $$ and pyбль
- My bank doesn't seems to allow transfer to Česká republika (BTC-E's bank)

Tried that, doesn't make a difference. Apparently their policy is to never put more than 3 words in a response.

I'd LOVE to know the answer to this one!!! This isn't just true of BTC-e either, withdraw rates are different everywhere and NOT priced accordingly.

i dont know that they mean, so i sent them a new email-adress they can change my account to.

then i got message that they wanna IP-History and Transaction History and so on....

I dont have these things? coins were sent from minning pools to btc-e.

For me this is a time-waster and a big limitation . If every deposit I have to wait two days for withdraw surely I switch to other service until they become more professionals. Also what it mean:

The more you make legit transactions, the less likely your withdrawal be on hold.
Also notice that anti-fraud steps in only when you deposit through system where the payment can be disputed.

had to get a new ticket. and now i am sure i will get autoanswers the next days again.
