I don't think there's glitches in payments. What you might be seeing, is the difference in what your browser shows and the real amount that should be showing--what the server side knows you should get. I always load the page in a new tab before collecting, just so I know what the number will be. Otherwise, due to everything I have going on, the counter I see might only be half of the amount.

If you want the admin to look up anything, the transaction ID is extremely important.
Give your account/payment address/transaction ID to the support thing on the site. Also you may want to update your post here with the transaction id.
