I withdraw x.xxxxx (skip the last three decimals) and it always works.
I was withdrawing like 0.001 which didn't went then i closed the withdraw window and i was left with 0.0007 with my balance. where the hell are 0.0003?
Not sure. Haven´t had that happen here that I´ve noticed.

i have still problem with loading of site properly, it's not working for me 
DNS propagation. Take times, not much thing to do except editing your host file to override DNS query. If all of this sounds gibberish to you, two possibilites:- the easy one: just wait, up to 46 hours
- the geeky one: https://www.google.com/search?q=how+to+modify+host+windows (or any other, I assume you are on Windows)
