From my point of view a good idea. Otherwise we will flood the blockchain with a lot of microtransactions and also the server from BTC Flow has really a lot of work to process all these payments.

Can´t say I care. I´m a paying customers and want better treatment that some freeloaders.
But if i saw my withdraw transaction at Blockchain.info, this is confiormation enough for me.
Then i know, the BTC will come. No matter if in 10 Minutes or in 6 hours.

Clicking increase level should bring up a window showing you the cost for different levels, you need at least .05 to upgrade to anything so you need to deposit to do so..

Maybe something is blocking it. Make sure you dont have adblock turned on. You can also try a different browser. Use chrome or firefox. Dont use IE.
