As ao now we can't say that bitcoin is back because the price always volatile we cannot assure if is will go down deeply or it will rise up continuously. So even the situation is like this I think much better to buy if you know that you can afford it.
the market price is falling so I don't think this is the best time to invest.
The price of bitcoin right now keeps falling down, and this is the time we can literally get bitcoin a lot. Some says that we have no summer bull run. But we don't know yet coz the bitcoin pump is going to happen sooner. let's just hope than all alts are being stable and not manipulated at all.
If you want to add assets is currently the right time, bitcoin prices are still low. Stay within safe reach, never invest what you can not afford to lose, and keep track of price developments. We will see its progress in Q4, hopefully, the price goes back up now, especially if ATH is passable. 
I haven't got a clear answer to the question of whether Bitcoin is back. However, as a good investor i am making a piece-by-piece purchase on the decline. I still have a some money in my bag and i can buy Bitcoin again if there is a further decline in Bitcoin price.
Falling markets are a good time to invest if you still believe in crypto having a good future. But if you do not believe in crypto, I suggest you do not need to invest, because high confidence and patience is the main thing for you to invest when the market is falling.

invest now as the market is already unfolding, it is being restrained artificially and this is bad for the market, but it is already noticeable and it will grow!
It is not the best time to invest right now, especially in Bitcoin. It is my opinion, but I believe it will start falling down at the beginning of summer and you can lose money if you buy it now. It also depends on how long you want to hold it.
I personally don't think that it is the good time to buy Bitcoin because base on my research, people tend to go to that rise of price and the real investors starts to sell their coin to get the profits. I think It would decline again in a few days. You should do your own research if you want to be clear of your investment. If you think that itwill continue to rise, then go for it and invest, otherwise, don't. This are just my opinion and I hope it doesn't really much affect your strategy.
I believe bitcoin prices regulates again at higher rate and have a good bounceback so for us to be secured this is the time to invest money and take a long term investment where it has a potential to grow our money. I've been addicted to crypto, the way how it works and how good it is for the newbies and for the old people too which are not able to work physically they can join crypto and maybe improve their knowledge further about how the trading and how the economy works and join the trading world by trading in their free time and get a profit when they are good, so I think it worth investing.
BTC is around 7k/8k USD prices right now. I thought even 10k price is a good opportunity to buy BTC, but now it is a better opportunity. I myself increased my BTC holdings these days.

bitcoin is the most universal coin in the market, where you can engage in both for a long period. now I expect something or a few months. and investing for a short time, investing today and making a profit this week. its price allows you to invest now. and how to trade decide for yourself.
This price channel is good to buy, around 7500$ is like 60% correction from its all time ath. Should atleast hit higher 9k's from here.

Now is definitely the right time to start investing in cryptocurrencies and in particular in Bitcoin. The price is still low, but it will rise in the future.
It is better to invest in Bitcoin and the other cryptocurrencies before this Summer. The prices will be flying - you will simply not find enough money to get BTC and altcoins. Now, it is the time to buy.
Now is a very favorable time to make purchases. Of course it would be even better if you bought at 7000 , but there is nothing wrong with that. I think even if you do it now, you will remain in the black.
BTC USD on Tuesday, Bitcoin continued to fall in price, completing the day below the $8000 mark and continuing to disappoint the speculators set up to buy. Downward dynamics continued during the entire session, only in today's trading the fall moved into the flat in the neighborhood of $7800. However, the key levels were still not tested

As i have said in my past comments. Anytime would be a right time to buy bitcoin as long as our funds are available. There is no such thing as perfect time. Volatility happens in every seconds and no one can ever predict if what will happen with the price in just a snap of our fingers. It will be too late to regret if we are going to wait for the big dip. Buy, hodl and wait.
