The KYC is starting to get very annoying at times. I understand that some sites are required to do this, but that should be arranged fairly quickly, right? It certainly doesn't take a week or days. This is usually completed within 1 day. And it's also annoying when a gambling site hides behind this in order to delay the payouts. Hopefully BTC36 can work on its reputation, so far it doesn't seem very good from what I read.
It can be a delaying tactic if the casino runs out of funds but if they are legit you should not worry because they will find a way to refill their wallets so that they can process the pending payments. KYC taking time to be verified is also a result of a heavy traffic in the platform that you are using.We don't know what if they have a limited staff that time? they cannot process it all quickly by themselves but they should hire more personnel next time when they know that their company is now in demand. You just need to have a patience because, in the end, you are just a customer here. If there is anything that you can do, that is to leave and cancel your ongoing KYC.

I just tried to withdraw today, i got an error saying Withdraw blocked, they requested the info for the KYC on the live chat and now i have to wait 3 days for the verdict, i'll update later.
Update: My account was verified, i was able to withdraw, but it looks like i'm no longer able to use the website due to breach of Rules "10.1".

Hi notblox1, have you tried going to the Sports tab instead of the live tab ? The full selection of matches are there.
This worked out, and now I can see much more sports, thank you for suggesting.Maybe you need to update interface and make it easier to find, maybe update tabs or add search field on top, so we can search for anything we want.
I have positive feedback is for MMA markets, this is best I found so far from all crypto betting website, so much that even smaller competitions have lot of betting options.
I just hope Live betting will be available for MMA and UFC, btc365 would be the first to offer this for crypto betting.
We are working with the Sportsbook provider for several interface enhancements. They should be patched progressively on the site.

I see that new sportsbetting partner was added in BTC365 called BETB2B Sports claiming it has ten times more type of bets than other bookmakers, but I don't see MMA markets anywhere.
I couldn't find UFC, KSW, Bellator or other competitions, just one single bare-knuckle boxing fight.
This should be added because I can find those markets on all other websites I use.

I've spoken to some people who would like to try this site out, but they all start talking about the reputation which leaves something to be desired. Players want to get paid out quickly on a new betting site, and not spend days stretching payouts from what I've read. Could this policy be changed? Processing automatic payouts is of course not necessary, but a time frame would already help a lot.

This is not peculiar to gambling sites alone, like yesterday being Sunday, I requested for cash withdrawals from one of my many crypto exchange, this was around 1 pm in the afternoon, it took them from that time to this morning before my request was processed, unlike you this wasnt the case of my account not being verified, I personally think they've probably gone out to drink
.Coming back to BTC365 now, I suggest you guys make it possible for users to know why the processing of their withdrawal request is being delayed when it has to do with account verification, rather than just waiting for the user to contact customer care service first, this could save the user lot of time and stress.

Our site flow requires you to verify your account directly the moment you enter the withdrawal screen, before even being able to key in your withdrawal address/amount, so I am greatly puzzled on your wait time as you would not have been able to initiate a withdrawal request before verifying your account.

This process might take longer should we detect suspicious activities with regards to your account, bet records or transaction records
