The excuse and the reason why the complainant was ban is not acceptable because the complainant is still contesting that he had done nothing wrong, support should give more details why the said account was ban, instead of giving a generic answer, I have read so many similar excuses from 1XBIT and this is not good for BTC365.com, I will not support the flag now, unless both parties posted more details.
