BTCD is a zombie coin, walking dead, the dev team left years ago, swap ran for a year and now is finished. Any value now comes from pure crypto necrophilia

somebody even told me that there is a website that asks 0.05btc for a fork ^^
don't know if that's right or not, but as many forks a coin has, there are that many issues it has to fix.
a coin that forks is good, but too much is bad, sadly.

BTCD will not be having any updates, it is running a fork of bitcoin that is 4 years old, it doesnt have CLTV, it is dead.

But what if a dev team jumps in and starts development again? They could get things going again, couldn't they? And doesn't the community or those who own BTCD have an incentive to pay for development?
