What is the deposit amount?
Sometimes the blockchain can take a little while to forward the bitcoins
which the system is enabled to check for not forwarded deposits also.

Yes deposits are added as soon as the system automatically checks.
Sometimes as many go through the automated verification, it can cause
a delay but are added IN THE ORDER RECEIVED.

So far all deposits have been added to the doubler system.

I never tried the QR code. Instead copied the address and sent it. It's simple for me on my phone.
