There you can select via a small checkbox whether you want an "Instant Withdraw" at comparatively high fees or a "Slow Withdraw". With the latter, the fees are only 1/10, but you may have to wait 24 hours for your coins.

Waiting is usually no problem at all for most people and you can save an incredible amount of fees ...
