Can't withdraw BTC or LTC right now

exchanged btc back to exact same shitcoin @ 6% gain aaaaand out -> bye bye forever!

LOL, why do most people censor their codes? I wrote they have nothing personal encoded.
without exact numbers we cant estimate your potential loss 

I got the error for CNY-AAA-BBB-CCC .... tried to sell my LTC to AAA but still could not withdraw ...., How ever CCC become lower. Will make more tradings for CCC become 0. Hope everything will be fine I have only 16LTC held by BTER. After made some trades, it becomes 20.XX

Nasty stuff. Still no statement/verifiable mail/notice from them? If the likelihood of losing your stuff wasn't enough, pull out for the sake of not supporting the notion that zero communication is fine and dandy.

i helped two friends solve their bter.com issues, i am chinese ,have no communicate problems with bter.com QQ suport.BTW,QQ is most popular chating app in china,over 100 million people use it every single day.

so, 1 of 2 friends ,he is in  deposit trouble, missing 3 deposits,about 3000 CNC. it is simple ,i got his bter ID, the nomber of missing CNC,time of deposits,and the pictures about the deposits(they dont accept the blockchains link,its weird).then problem solved.

next is not so lucky ,he has the same problem like u guys .when he withdraw, showed "Funds error, please contact admin, error code:DOGE-107199--2296037--33.462" ,i contact the QQ suport ,he told me,according to datebase, my friend deposit doge=4740279.5997,buy doge=2141352.3918,withdraw=1300000.0000,sell=7877628.986,nomally ,if u dont left coin in ur account, deposit+buy ==withdraw + sell. but now,withdraw + sell-(deposit+buy)=2295996.9949,so the 2295996.9949 doge is extra coins which is not belong to my friend.he needs to return the extra coins back .my friends should check his deposit,withdraw ,and trade history.

when i asked QQsuport how did that happen ,and why ,he just did not answer me .i guess,maybe they made a misstake,or it is a system bug that he does not want me know.

anyway , i think it is clear, you guys have the same problem should check on ur account ,see if there are extra coins u sold. the number is red down there like DOGE-107199--2296037--33.462"

Have not tried with a new account, but my account had fresh coins on it, either less than 3 weeks old OR even less than 1 day old.

After they took all the coins I had, I still had to use your method (from this thread, above) to reduce the "owed amount" to zero. The middle number YYY in the withdrawal error message COIN-XXX-YYY-ZZZ is the amount of COIN they deem you owe them ("owed amount") and must pay through trade fees.

do you have seen the problem also on a new account?
If they steal from new accounts to, it is clear it wasnt only 1 problem (maybe exploit is still active).

After i read your post it seems so.

The only reason they want to talk to you on QQ is to get you consent to "balance account", that is, to take your coins. The QQ support will have trouble getting in touch with the "technical personnel" but they will get in touch soon enough so the next day your coins they deem you owe them, will be gone.

I know for 90% sure that their estimate of coins you owe them is flawed, because I had 2 completely inconsistent amounts quoted in two consecutive days. The second day the amount owed DOUBLED, even though I added coins to the exchange and did very little trading.

"Do not add coins if you can't withdraw from BTER" - it will only hurt you.

I don't want to investigate this further, just cutting my losses and have withdrawn most of my coins. IMO bter did not have malicious intent, it is just that running an exchange and being attacked by all kinds of thieves is over their heads, and they want to compensate by taking definite amounts from the customers.

Does not bode well for their self-image. Do they not trust themselves enough to just eat up the loss and improve their defenses, so in the future they will be profitable?

Tells me how much of my coins they will see in the future.

Still no reply from BTER. I think I lost my coins, no hope to get them back

They must have given you my coins.

They took them from my account overnight. But at least I am able to withdraw, slowly, now.

I just checked my account and my Worldcoin balance got restored!
I got them back, no response from freeworm or support e-mail but at least they gave them back to me!

So i am glad that they are not scammers after all, just a software bug or something.

If Bter subtraceted your coins already than they are lost.
fenghush followed my advice and was able to withdraw (with a loss).
That is always better than 100% loss.

Something fishy is going on here. That address is receiving payments from 500 and 1000 WDC for the last day.

I just checked my BTer account and suddenly they changed my WDC deposit address to something else.
I don't get errors when trying to sync anymore, but my 50 wdc are gone!!!

I send them a support e-mail 24 hours ago and no response.
Anyone with any updates? Freeworm is not responding to my PM as well.

I figured out that the "negative" balance of whatever coin must go in fees so bter can even it out with whomever suffered loss. It's tedious task unless you have btc to buy whatever coin to generate high enough fees to cover up the balance by trading yourself, just be careful with the pricing and I hope your negative balance coin is low in trade volume. It took me 38 trades of 600NEC coins to buy/sell myself with 1NEC fee to cover up 38NEC "negative balance"

It looks as if bter restored an earlier database backup which caused all these issues, unless it happens again it should be safe to trade there but with caution.

It sucked, suffer bit of loss but at least in the end I managed to withdraw my bitcoins from there. Really wished I could just give them those damn NEC coins or to even be able to get in touch with them which has proven to be as difficult as trying to arrange an orgy with Angela Merkel, I mean come on, how hard is it to serve your users for the same problem over and over,, even out the balance let them be on their merry way.

The soloution of uranian is the same as mine, the differnce is that his account was charged with less
pseudo "negative balance". Some have less percentage than others.
For your info, the codes dont have any personal informations encoded.
It is very important that you trade only with yourself.
