I have tried that technique, and it has costed me a lot of money already.  The only way bter can make this right is to refund my trading fees for this complete and utter BS I have gone through.  Again, ALL completely their fault.

You have 2 options, let your money hang in the air and let them fuck up your nerves (becuase they dont answer you).

or use my method, invest some hours to  get your money and never use them again!!!
You dont need 26k , you need approx 1k or 0,5k and produce 26k of trading volume.
then yuou will be able to release your funds like i did. That makes only sense when your Funds are higher than the amount you will be loosing by trading fee's. Also try this better at night or when little trading is happening (relative big spread of buy sell offers)
so nobody is buying your offer (if your fast you need 3-4 sec to buy them back).

Also sending huge amounts or withdraw huge amounts is every time a bad idea! always make sure the first transaction (deposit or withdraw)
is a small amount to test the function of the site.
Secondly in the future be always sure your amount NEVER exceeds the limit you feel worry or getting mad if you get scammed
by (Bter,Cryptsy,BTC-e mt.gox, Coins-e) (At the Moment Bitstamp is the last company which didnt scammed me yet. anyway i will reduce my funds there to, back to oldschool offline wallets...)

I, too, am unable to withdraw funds.

When I try and withdraw my BTC and PTS I get this error message: Funds error, please contact admin, error code:LTC-*****--*--*.***
Anyone else have this problem? They won't reply to my emails! This is absurd!!

THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE... I really hope they come back with a VIABLE solution fast.  They are basically telling me I need to give them 26k USD for their incompetence. I have no problem going on a campaign making sure everyone knows they are a SCAM.  What a black eye for crypto...

The QQ message I received was useless to solve the problem, still stuck.

okay, Use QQ guys, They will get back to you if you use QQ to contact them. but they don't seem to speak english. make short  easy sentences and they will answer somewhat in weird way like previous post. make sure you have installed visual studio redistributable 2008 sp1 (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5582) on your windows machine or else QQ will fail to launch.

Really? Looks like I shouldn't have put all my eggs in one basket. Don't trust BTer or any of the market-trading sites because you never truly know....

I've been having problems trying to Deposit, as well.

Waited over 16 hours since depositing twice.
My deposit has been confirmed in the altcoin's blockchain, too. So what gives, right? 

Sent two emails and I figure nobody is there to reply or read them. I really don't want to use a third-party messenger program just to try and get in contact with them. I'll just hold and then take my funds else where once I get the opportunity.

A third email will be sent later this evening and in all-caps in an attempt to get their attention.

I found a relative Soloution, but a bad one. (maybe it helps some people)

After i read about the deposit idea, i tried to reverse engineering the code.
You could reduce the Amount, but in my case ist extreme high.
Starting with Code

So there are 2 problems
1. i need to sell and buy back 5,4 mio Zet??? , - yeah wtf i never ever had so much!   (this will cost over 0,5btc fees !!!)
2. i wil loose extreme value when i try this with other market participants.

Soloution, Set Order that arent filled, and buy them myself (same with sell).
Like this the loss is minimal (as possible, but still high in because of fees).
And likely i need a second account to do this. You can buy and sell from your own account
At the End it will cost me 15% of my 4000 USD, but better then 100% Loss (never replying  Customer Service)

I will try to sell and buy my 19K several times, hopefully i will reach 0 to solve the bug, then i will close the account (cash out this Extortion shit "service")

I would like to hear if someone tried this too.
I will report if it works or not later, over 200x isnt done fast

Edit: holy crap , i needed 5 hours to trade 1,2 Mio ZET withmyself (i had only 1 BTC and 19000 Zet Traded back and forth...)
Now i was able to withdraw also my other coins (BTC,LTC,IFC and ZET).
I paid ~0,6 BTC of Fees !, but better than a 4,5 BTC loss overall.

I hope this helps you out. This is the second time i figured out how to solve Bter problems,  i wont use this crap again with Kilo-$ i think.
They arent professional and trustwothy. So Trading is only in very small amounts advised. Every day could be the last day you have the power over your money. you risk these funds every day.

Okay, I got QQ installed. There are 6 QQ numbers for the support? which one should I use?

why Bter is using QQ crap? QQ app can't be even installed correctly on my windows machine. it seems to require old visual studio libs.
I guess I can't never get out my coins from Bter until I figure out how to install QQ? dang!

they just stole some of my money and still I can't withdraw!! instead of correcting the funds error issue they shaved a lot of BTC and LTC I had on my account. This is fucking insane!

I was able to get in touch with someone on QQ, he/she told me there was an imbalance of xxx btc,. (i have more than that), yyy ltc (I have more than that) and zzz xpm (I didn't have any of them). So I bought the zzz amount of XPM... problem is still there. Then he/she sent me the list of my trades.. (what should I do with them?? not clear to me). I'm still waiting for someone who speaks a better english to let them know the problem and have it sorted out.
